I used this title company to complete a for sale by owner transaction. From day one, they seemed very disorganized and had no sense of urgency to complete the transaction. I had to contact them multiple times to get answers regarding closing dates, documentation and final payment amount. I was left hanging until the last possible moment. Excuses were made each time I contacted them, which leads me to believe they are understaffed. The lack of communication was very discouraging. Since this was a cash deal, they informed me that I did not need to be present-- just scan documents via email. I asked them to hold the key for me since I would not be present. They agreed to do so, although mentioned that typically they do not. On closing day I received a call from the seller, asking what to do with the key--he had just left their office. They had completely forgotten my request for them to hold the key. I could not be more furious. I now had to make arrangements to get the key from the seller who lived over 3 hours away. Anyhow, it is safe to say that I will avoid using this company for future transactions.

Great service and made the whole process a breeze when buying our first home. The agent was fantastic and made us feel special and not just like another number. She personalized our experience and connected with us well. Highly recommend that everyone use this company over others.

It was a Cracker Barrel good food nothing changes except the service. Some care and some dont.
