Good place, good people. My truck comes out nice and clean. Tbey also take care of DOZENS of stray cats which is nice. But they SHOULD get them fixed!!

The SUV looks great. The vacuums were ok, but the end piece kept coming off the hose. Not very powerful suction and no trashcan nearby after wiping out interior. Staff member was very nice and polite guiding me in.

At laundromat, already displeased by how narrow some of the machines are. And they charge $3+ for a cycle! Im not generally used to laundromats, but the ones at cp never charged kore than $2.75! I will let further experience here determine my final opinionEdit: 10 minute dryer cycles are NOT enough no matter how cheap they are.

Ive been to this laundry Matt over a dozen times. The washers seem to do a good job. Yes the washer do cost a little more than some other places in the area, but the staff and other customers are always nice.

Very clean. The washers do a very thorough job . They spin your clothes out very well..unlike other laundry facilities. I highly recommend them!

Not bad for a Laundromat. Only thing I didnt like was you had to load money on a card and use the card. Since I will never go back I now have a laundry card with money on it? Should have just taken a couple bills out of my pocket and burned them

Great carwash that cleans the car well. I would suggest garbage cans by the vacuum area because can’t clean an interior without throwing things out.

Sub par car wash. Got the gold car wash and still had dirt on my car. Wheel wash did an absolutely terrible job at cleaning my wheels. Dryers seemed like the barely worked and left my car wish water spots. Vacuums had about as much suction as you could get sucking through a bendy straw.

Clean, plenty of available machines in Good condition. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because you have to load money onto a card to use the machines, this was inconvenient for us out-of-towners since we werent sure just how much to put on the card, and ended up with extra money on the card that we couldnt get back.

Very nice and clean. Washers so large you can wash your car in them. Right near grocery stores and restaurants.

***Update*** I saw that the car wash was open on a nice sunny day, so I pulled in and saw a worker at the gate. I asked if the previous computer issues had been fixed, as noted by the company, and I explained the multiple left over soap issues. I went to pay for the basic car wash and he asked me to wait and that he would pay for todays car wash; He even upgraded the car wash for me, which was a nice surprise. I am very pleased with his quick response and the free car wash. I hate to leave bad reviews, (I know most everyone is doing the best they can right now). I am glad that I tried them again.On Jan. 29th 2021, this is the second time that my car came out of the car wash and the back end was still smeared with soap. I had to wash my car by hand when I got home in the freezing cold. I tried to call and let them know, but no one answers the phone. The vacuum area is nice to have and free, but I did not use this time due to the cold.

A little messy when I visited, but Im now told that the cleaning crew comes in at 11pm, and I was there a good while before then. Other than random socks and dryer sheets lying around lol, there are easy to use washers and dryers and its worth the price, because you can wash alot at once. Will be back!

First time here. Overall super clean and nice vibe. We tried it because we were in town and wanted to switch to a different laundromat than the usual. Overall though, not worth it to me.$4 -7 to do a load of laundry depending on the load.That is astronomically expensive. I pay $1 per load back at the usual spot so this was like unreal. Especially because the time it takes is the same.I would never come back here unless it was an emergency or for whatever reason I needed to laundry at 2 in the morning.Save your money and go to a small town laundry mat. You’ll go broke here.

The car wash is a joke, don’t waste your money. A good downpour would do a better job. The free vacuum was alright but shuts off 3 times before you can finish.

Place has always been nice. But, they recently have upgraded their equipment and the prices have went up. $3.50 for bare minimum on washers and$.50 to dry for 10 minutes. I can say that u only need what detergent it says and clothes come out almost dry. Overall, its probably one of the best laundry joints within a five Mile circle

Had one load and was very busy. Smallest washer they have is 3.5. Way to big for my load but . . . Washer alone cost me $4.00. Highway robbery. Dryer cost me 50 cents each time. It cost me $5 here and my usual place costs me $3.50. You can’t even use quarters to start any of the machines. You have to put money on some card. Even though it is closer to where I live I will definitely not come back. Will go to a local hometown laundromat that I have used for years!!

Apparently the $4.00 wash doesn’t include dryers... they never turned on, drove away with a wet car.

Very clean and open 24/7. Need key card to operate machines. It was difficult to load the card at first. Would recommend that you make your first visit during the day so attendant can help you with initial card setup.

Good place to do laundry. N you dont have to carry around $20.00 worth of quarters either. You put money on one of there cards. The machines all use these cards. N the machine will tell you how much is left on your card after you done for that day.

If theres a no rust policy why is it not advertised anywhere on the property? Yous are in Ohio, If not yous should go elsewhere if you discriminate on those that havehave rust on their vehicles. We use to come all the time with Rudy on our vehicle. This is the first time this happened to us.

This laundromat is so clean, and I love that it’s card operated and you don’t need coins. Lots of washers and dryers. Now that I moved to Cleveland I didn’t realize how great of a laundromat this was!

Machines are powerful and quick

Took our Bernese Mountain dog for the first time. Water pressure was VERY low. Took a long time to get her completely wet. Vacuum never came on! This place is ok if you have a small dog or a short haired dog. But if you have a large or even long haired dog not so much. Especially for the price! Hook that was there to keep the dog contained was worthless, kept coming unhooked.

Best laundromat I have ever used. Very clean and friendly staff. Machines work great and good prices. The drop off laundry service is great, was too busy to do it myself due to errands and still having to go to work so I just dropped my cloths off did all of my errands and on my way home picked up and was very satisfied.

Big, convenient and clean. Are good things i can say about this place. Expensive, not enough wheeled laundry carts for the size of the place, poor wifi signal. Those are the bad things i have to say about the place. The rest idk what to call it or know if its relevant. Extremely rude and severely cranky customers in the place the busier it gets based on observation and first hand experience, parking lot for the place almost doesnt seem to be adequate during busier times / days. Then there is the combination of the last wo things making for a lot of near misses in the parking lot because the people who come here dont seem to care about anyone but themselves even in the parking lot when people are trying tk come in and go. Avoid this place if it is busy and you have small animals, pets not allowed in anyways, or children with you.This place gets 3 stars only because it is both good and bad equally all based on how busy it or the area is at the time.

Paid $19 and my car is as still dirty. Then I’m told they are not responsible for the spots that were missed! So my whole back windshield, and the whole lower part of my car? It’s sad that I am able to pay a way lower price, might take a little longer because their so busy, but my car is the cleanest it will ever be. 😡 for this price my car should be like new!

Best place in town for laundry. The staff are helpful, the machines always work, the prices are great, and there is a friendly little cat that I always manage to pet in the back parking lot.

This place has the right idea for giving your dog a bath conveniently. I was impressed by the warmth of the area being perfect for my wet German Shepherd. Also, the tubs available at the perfect height with ramps, for those fortunate enough to have a dog who will walk up a ramp, were impressive. There were stalls for dogs like mine with no tubs. The tub and stall both have a short leash to teether your dog while washing. They have blow dryers that have cooler sir than I thought they should, and use your time, so bring towels to get most the water off beforehand, if you dont want to spend more money than necessary.There were downsides. The pressure of the water was so low I could not get my dog soaked to the skin. The soap from the system seemed nonexistent as there were no suds, which I guess was fortunate due to the low water pressure. I tried the conditioner... None of that in the system either.The timer keeps running even when you are not using the water so I put in the 5.00 minimum to begin with, which I believe have me 5 minutes time to attempt to soak her down. When it shut off only her outer coat was wet so I used my shampoo sparingly to wash her outer coat. I then used my credit card to rinse her off. I spent a total of 21.00 and only got her outer coat washed. This may be good for a shorthaired dog, but those with a thick coat are going to face what I did.

Large, clean, well maintained. Only negative I saw is that their name over the door says Coin Laundry. Yet no coins or money allowed! Only their proprietary laundry card works in their machines.

Recently came here because I needed a commercial size washer to wash a comforter. I have never seen a laundrymat so clean and well maintained. There were also plenty of places to sit while you waited. Pretty affordable.

Best car wash for really dirty pickup trucks. Removes bug splatter from grill, outside mirrors, and windshield area.Nice job taking of road grime from tires, wheels, and all lower body areas.I know the brushes maybe hard on the paint if you use this cleaning process often, but I only use it if my vehicles are really nasty dirty. 👍

Fast and easy!

The clean scene is a nice, and actually very clean, place to go to do your laundry. I know there is a car wash and a dog cleaning place but I only went in for the laundry portion. It was fantastic! I had never used a laundromat before because I have always had a washer and dryer so, my first time going to one was quite confusing. I thought it was a coin laundromat but you actually have to load your money onto a laundry card. Well the staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient. She showed me everything before I even put money in the machine to make sure that I knew exactly what I was doing. I did 6 loads of laundry in an hour for less than 6 dollars! Id definitely recommend this place for a clean, friendly, fast, and cheap place to do your laundry.

Always clean inside. Like to take my comforter there to clean because it wont fit in our washer.

If you have a physical, mental, or emotional disability that requires the use of a working animal then I strongly, strongly suggest that you go elsewhere to do your laundry. My animal and I were in there tonight. Because I had him with me I took it upon myself to find a washer in the far corner of the building as far away from everybody as possible (there were maybe four or five people in there this evening). We were in there long enough to put one blanket in the washing machine. We may have been there two or three minutes at which time we started across the laundromat to get something to drink. The woman working tonight behind the counter asked if he was a service dog. I told her that he was in fact a working animal. She ask me again if hes a service dog because some of the people in there have been questioning about him. Now I can assure you that in the two or three minutes that we were in there I did not see one single person even go anywhere near the counter. She continued to repeatedly asked if he was a service animal, started in with the 20 questions, and then proceeded to start demanding identification and documentation. The whole ordeal felt very intrusive and her line of questions were very prying and quite frankly out of line. Now to be fair I was dumb tonight in the fact that I left my paperwork for him in the other car at home. With traffic I made a 10-15 minute round-trip drive to get paperwork. When I got back the window was closed and she was nowhere to be found. I take my animal to all kinds of establishments all over town this is the first and only time in the last year-and-a-half that we have felt like we have been severely harassed by an employee at the place of business we were spending our money at. The next time I need to use the laundromat I have every intention of going out of my way clear across town the other way to use the laundromat. And I strongly suggest that if you require use of an animal or have a disability that you find another laundromat to use as well!!!!!!

This place is fairly priced, has great climate control, free wifi, is located next to decent food options, and is always pretty clean. I loved having this place to do my laundry when I lived at CP and would strongly reccomend it to anyone who needs a place to do laundry.
