Easy to rent and pay. Only thing I recommend is once a unit is empty it should be sprayed out. When I put my stuff in there were spider webs all over unit. Otherwise I recommend.

Excellent experience so far. Answered questions up front about time table and ability to rent due to high demand. Even let me know on a weekend that a unit was available and did online paperwork that day.

Currently, I am an Ohio Self Storage customer at the Hayes Avenue place. It’s nice and large. I’ve been to quite a few storage places and it’s better than all of them in terms of size and price per storage. It’s very clean and has onsite cameras. I’ve been a customer for years and find Zack perfect to work with. He helps the customer work through any problems they might have at the place and makes sure the customer is comfortable storing their belongings there. You definitely know that he enjoys doing business with you.
