Having never before locked my keys in my car, I managed to do so twice in as many weeks. I called Kasper on both occasions and was pleased with the service. I understand that response time is heavily dependent on weather and business volume, but on both occasions they arrived extremely quickly; in 15 minutes or less. Price for the emergency unlock service was, as Im told by others, very reasonable at 70ish dollars tax included.

I worked with this company to buy a used Jeep. They had a great price and sent me the paper work. At the last minute I had to back out of the deal. They were very understanding of my situation. They graciously refunded the $2,000 I put down on the car.I really appreciate their understanding and their efforts.

What a company should be! Two days in a row I made one quick simple call and they were right out. Always friendly and polite. I really cant stress enough that Bart at Kasper has gone above and beyond his responsibilities/duties to help me out. They truly treat me like family. Quoted 30-45 minutes until the driver would arrive. An hour and 20 minutes later the kind sheriff sitting with us had dispatch contact them to get an ETA, only to be told they werent coming. Thanks for not calling and letting me know. Use a different service then these guys, youll be waiting for nothing.

Had to wait 2 hours and when he got there he said he couldn’t do anything and helped other people stuck in the mud near me until a few more hours latter everyone was out but me then other people pushed my car out and then he asked for my plate number.

Its not 24 hr towing dont be fooled called once in past at night got a operator that told me no drivers available. Now just yesterday 5/19/18 called again 12am fuel pump went out. Called for a tow asked operator price. He says i will get all your info then i will be able to give you a price. After i give all the info he says oh the tow driver will call you and give you a price btw its a hr wait. Stuck in a rock and a hard place im like ok. I sit and wait frustrated car down cost tow cost they waited hr later to call me and say sorry cant get ahold of any of the drivers needless to say dont waste your time unreliable. If I could would have negative stars. They should not lead people on in conversation and advertisements of 24hr service.

Treated us like gold. Were from canada and got a flat. They had us picked up and towed to Wal-Mart within an hour. They even drove us to our hotel

Terrible services. Why consider it 24 hours when you dont even have RELIABLE tow truck drivers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The food was very GOOD.

Kasper was sent to us by our insurance company when our tire blew on the highway.He called us asking for our location and my husband gave him our location to the best of his ability. After sitting there for 20 mins he called us again saying he wasnt coming because he couldnt find us. So I called my father who called the insurance company who told him that I had cursed at him as his reasoning for not coming. Mind you I had not spoken to the man so there was no way I had cursed at him. But 2 minutes before my father called to tell me what the insurance company had said, the man called a third time and proceeded to pick a fight with me and then hung up on me. I pretty much summed it up to laziness on the persons part, because it was dark and freezing on a Saturday night. If it were not for the kind stranger who stopped to help us put the spare on, who knows how long my husband, our dog, and myself would have been sitting there.

Salesman was great and very knowledgeable, the service that I had in the past has been great. In the future I plan on dealing with Kaspers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried getting a quote for a long-distance tow and was constantly put on hold while getting terrible attitudes from the workers when I did get one of them. In the end I never even got my answer.

Always there in less time than they say and they will come at any time
