I have to admit, I have never taken the time to rate anything before but recently my truck developed a severe wheel bearing problem while traveling interstate 80. I barely made it off the highway and limped into Eberts at about 5:00. Mr. Ebert was just closing his shop up when I arrived and I asked if I could leave my vehicle overnight and if he could suggest a hotel. Instead of referring a hotel Mike said just pull it in (mind you this was Valentines Day and Im certain he had plans). He immediately called his parts guy who promptly delivered the needed parts. The wheel bearing and shaft were toast and he fixed my problems while I waited. He didnt know me from Adam but I was treated like family. I cannot express how grateful I am and if I had the ability to give them 6 stars I would! Many thanks to Eberts.
