The blower would not shut off tho a new thermostat had been installed only several months ago. Brandon found the problem and removed a spider who was clogging up the works while building a web. Brandon removed said intruder and his home and did my winter maintenance. Every thing is now working just fine. This is the second time Brandon has done a fine job for me. He is a fine young man who I intend to request at all times. He is so kind, professional and helpful. Thank you for your service.

The Holher team was terrific. What we hoped was a simple repair turned out to be a need for a whole new AC system and furnace. Both the repair crew and the installation team were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. In both cases (repair and install), they were able to work us into the schedule quickly during the busy season, arrived on time and with advance notice, and always took the time to explain things thoroughly and make sure we new how to run everything and what to expect. Were now part of their maintenance program to help us stay ahead of problems before they become emergencies. Highly recommend this locally-owned business!

Jeff was pleasant and efficient. He took the pump outside and cleaned it with our garden hose! Checked the whole system, cleaned the outside condenser with our garden hose! He said everything looks good! He said having the maintenance agreement is well worth the money for keeping the HVAC in tip top shape!

Todd is an outstanding service technician, he had my issue identified and repaired in a short time, very thorough and willing to give insight into the repair. As a service tech myself, (alarm technician) I appreciate someone with a deep understanding of their craft, this is only one of many reasons I will continue to use Hohler as my HVAC company. Dale, the Service Manager was extremely accommodating in getting my service call scheduled in a timely manner, all in all a very pleasant experience.

Hohler did a great job. The crew was professional and did quality work. We needed bathroom fan vents installed in order to close on our house. They were able to work us into their schedule in a very timely manner so that we could proceed. I highly recommend Hohler!

We bought the maintenance plan a few years ago when our AC stopped working on a 90 degree week. They let us buy the plan and then use it right away for the discounts. Since then we buy the plan every year. It is a great value and gives peace of mind. They do check ups twice a year and spend an hour each time going over the unit. Both Brandon and Matthew (the only two we have met) are competent, friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with Hohler!

Our heater stopped working over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and the office staff was courteous and set up an appointment for the same day. Once Brandon arrived, he was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. He made an easy fix to the furnace as well as offered advice and options to consider for future. Brandon offered a few suggestions to make sure we got the longest use out of our furnace and answered all of my questions. He also recommended a CO2 detector for our safety. I had received messages on the thermostat indicating my air conditioner was not keeping up with the programmed temperature. Thank you so much for your commendable hiring of great employees who really take care of us, your customers!  Troy was super with our AC repair explaining the fix carefully.  When refrigerant leaked again 3 days later, Randy had the tough job of telling me the fix was a new HVAC system.  He did a great job letting me know.  Rich, the owner responded quickly to provide quotes and even moved up (so sorry to others on the schedule) the installation.  Kevin and John did a fabulous job with the installation, with addressing my concerns about the copper tubing under slab being the leak source (it wasnt thankfully).  They kept me in-the-know throughout the installation and trained me on how to set thermostat and troubleshoot the system.  Kevin is an excellent trainer too as I heard some of his on-the-job training with John.  This is a super firm to trust with our HVAC system.  Thank you all so very much!

We had our furnace inspected by Hohler in January. They were prompt to their appointment and very professional.Upon their inspection they noticed our furnace had a crack that was critical. They were descriptive to us as to what needed to be done and the severity of the situation.Hohler worked with us as we navigated through our insurance company and did an outstanding job helping us determine a suitable replacement furnace and humidifier. They did not push a product on us, instead they worked within our means and made sure we had a reliable and dependable replacement.The day they replaced our furnace they were there exactly when they said they would be. Two guys were on the job and were done and out by 2 p.m.. They did a great job and it was amazing to us how quickly they were able to install a new system. You wouldnt have even known they were there with how clean they left the job site (other than there being a new furnace and humidifier).Overall, I would use them again and feel that they are an honest hard working company. They helped us out greatly during winter when you need a working furnace. I spoke with the Hohler family often during this time and you can tell that they dedicated to their craft.

We have been Hohler customers for almost four years. However, Hohler Furnace and Sheet Metal have taken care of our home for 60 years, since it was built in 1960! They actually installed the original furnace and air conditioning units and maintenanced them twice a year. Hohlers were highly recommended by the original owners when we purchased their home. We have never been disappointed. Every technician has been on time, knowledgeable and courteous.We recently decided to purchase a new Bryant furnace and air conditioner, as ours were in the bonus years. Rich Hohler came to our home, explained the different models and ratings, tax & utility rebates, and financing available. There was absolutely no pressure and he left us to call him. The Hohler staff did an excellent job installing both units we chose. Everything was removed and completely cleaned up. Rich followed up each day and stopped by make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It is so comforting to have someone local who cares about their customers. Everyone has always been great. I just had Hohler Furnace and Sheet Metal install a new furnace and AC and I highly recommend them. I have had a maintenance contract with them for a couple of years and they have always responded promptly when Ive had an issue. I needed to get my furnace serviced and repaired. With so many companies to choose from, I decided on Hohlers based on their good reviews. I called and the person who took the call was very professional. She said they could get me in today and gave me a time frame. She said they would call when they had a tech en route. Their office called me prior to the tech arriving and gave me an accurate eta. When he arrived, he was very professional and courteous. After he fixed our furnace and serviced it, he explained everything in laymans terms so that we completely understood what he was talking about. He did warn us of future potential problems with the furnace (which is 26 years old). My experience with Hohlers has been top notch, from the person who answered my call, to the technician who fixed my furnace and gave me recommendations. To me, this is what I expect as a customer. My wife and I had our furnace and ac replaced in the fall. We highly recommend Hohler Furnace and Sheet Metal! They were fast, efficient, and always professional. We had our air ducts cleaned at the same time and they coordinated everything so the job ran smoothly. They treated our home like their home. Were enjoying the peace of mind of having an updated, more energy efficient furnace.

The tech was great! He was quick and knowledgeable. My only issue was that I was charged labor for him to spray out the coils when he was done. He used my hose and my water then charged me $15 to spray water for 2 minutes. Otherwise from scheduling to service they were great.

Have used them twice now, once to replace a furnace fan, then to replace the entire furnace. Rich the owner was great to work with, pricing was very reasonable. Kevin who installed the furnace did a great job as well. Thanks again, would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Rich and staff were very quick to come out check out our old furnace and let us know it was cheaper to get a new furnace with install and everything than it was to replace parts on the old one. Also we had a Bryant Homewise smart thermostat installed really cool and easy to use device.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Hohler sheet metal sold me the best heat pump unit for my home (a 97% eff. heat pump unit). Months later, my crawlspace is flooded. Hohler came out, turned off my dehumidifier, stole the controller for the dehumidifier (so it couldnt flood my crawl space any more, or work ever again) and left, refusing to offer to fix any of the problems their installation caused. They installed the heat pump in front of my outside water spigot, making it unusable. They stole (disposed of without my permission) my drain line to my water softnener (because they didnt want to tap into my cast iron drain pipe) making it unusable. There is NO HEAT in the master bedroom. The duct to the bathroom fell off within one week of installation. Hohler sheet metal refuses to repair any of the problems they caused and left me with. Rich Hohler will gladly lie to you. He will not back up anything he says, and he will tell you major untruthful statements, to try and cover up the poor installation techniques of his technicians.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Hohler Furnace and Sheet Metal placed new furnace and air conditioning units at our house in 2017. The units that were recommended by Rich Hohler and installed are very appropriate for our needs and cost effective. The staff that installed the units and that conducted the yearly check-up were timely, skilled, polite, and answered all of my questions. The office staff are equally great. I highly recommend the company for HVAC needs.

As a environmental contractor we work hand in hand at times with Holher Sheet Metal. They take the extra step when coming out to your property to make sure your family & you are not exposed to any hazardous materials. That speaks volume about a company, they care!
