Its a pretty cool place to check out what condos are available without having to go down the mountain. Using an app on your phone is alright for dinking around and getting a general idea, but to get the facts you really just have to talk to an agent.
Randy and Darla were our realtors for our home we were trying to sell at Schweitzer Mountain. We listed the home with them for about a year.In an effort to get things moving, we also privately listed on other online home selling websites (ie. Zillow) to get the word out. Once they noticed we had done this, they did not send any other clients to see our home and even went so far as to tell clients that our house was not able to be financed (spoiler: it was!)We received a call from someone interested who found our phone number online and were able to clarify the discrepancies. We fired these realtors (who, shockingly tried to convince us a sale was coming soon). Just 2 months later we found a buyer online, so much for the help they were providing.
We were rudly approached by one the agents from this business. He threated to call the police on us just because we were sitting in one of the chairs they had outside. We believe he confronted us in such a harsh way because we were blocking the business window but the way we were approached was so unprofessional that it prompted me to write this review. Im not going to lie they might be a good business with one bad apple but I think this agent did not properly represent this company. We are a group of veterans just minding our business during labor day weekend. If we were causing trouble or getting in the way a more respectful approach would have been enough to move our group out of the way. If you are looking to do real estate business in north Idaho and you have options please avoid this business. Lack of manners and human decency should not be encouraged. The agent who approached us is actually the manager; to be honest if that is the type of leadership that guides this establishment I would not want to do bussiness with them. Lets encourage profesionalism and good manners. Do the right thing.
