I had the good fortune to have Ben service my home. The original concern was ants but he inspected everything inside and out and discovered some wasps and spiders along the way. All of these were addressed on the first visit.I believe Ben was very thorough both inside and outside. At the end we had a review of everything he had done, things to expect over the next few weeks, what I can be doing for myself, And what I should keep an eye out for.Im the kind of person who likes to know whats going on and do everything I can for myself. I am very satisfied with my experience with Pointe Pest Control so far and would recommend them to anybody who asks.

Geoffrey was a breath of fresh air and in 5 years he is the best technician weve ever had. He was over the top! I know he was just filling in but I wish he was my regular guy.

Ive never been to these guys personally but I loved the fact that their drivers blocked off traffic cause numerous people almost hit me cause no one knows what a red light means apparently. I was using a crosswalk area and I had the light to go and was walking and nobody seemed to stop on a red light. But one of Pointe drivers blocked the traffic for me to go. So if I ever need pest control Im going here. They get 5 stars for this 🖤

Brent came out yesterday to take care of our quarterly service. Not only did he call in advance to give me a heads up, he also asked if he could come early since his schedule was running faster than expected, which is a bonus! He was incredibly polite and friendly. Wee also took in the interior service, which he was careful in our rooms and friendly with our small dog. Top notch communication and service! Definitely recommend Pointe Pest Control and Brent, and their ongoing service plans! Five stars +++ !

I called yesterday and two men, Forrest and Fernando came today. VERY professional and polite. Also really well dressed and wore masks the entire time. They examined the entire property and showed me the hornets nests. Yikes!! They actually treated my house today. What a relief!!! i signed up for a quarterly service. Their prices were very good and they guarantee their work. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Fantastic friendly service! Tommy came out today and was as friendly and professional as you could ask for. He sprayed everywhere inside and outside. He explained everything he was going to do and asked how much or how little we wanted done. We wanted everything done and he was more than happy to do so. We also asked if he would knock down wasp nests in our open walled shed. He knocked down 105 if them! Whoa! He was more than happy to do that too. Very, very happy with Tommy’s service, positive friendly attitude and professionalism and Pointe Pest control in general. Highly recommend!

Sent a message thru their web site to inquire about services. Kenny responded to me within minutes and we set up an inspection for general pest control on our vacation home. He arrived promptly and we set up a contract. He then called and got the initial teeatment set up to come out a couple hours later. Forrest and Brent arrived as promised and completed everything. All were professional, cordial and accomodating. I cannot comment on effectiveness of treatments since we just started. Hoping they will be comparable to the service thus far. Kenny was our first phone contact and he was very knowledgable about our ant problem (velvety tree ants) and was also very responsive in that our appointment with them was two days later. Forest was the technician who showed up and treated our home. He was also very knowledgeable, personable and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was finished in about 45 minutes or so.

Dan made his quarterly visit and treated the basement interior and the house exterior. There were no active insects or other critters, just dead brown spiders in the Point Pest Control glue traps and one large dead black ant in a corner of the basement. No spiders webs at all and no evidence of infestations. This is why I stay with Pointe. Dan is a really good guy to talk to and learn from. Thanks Dan!

The technicians for this company are always great! They answer any questions, are helpful and cooperative in addressing any needs that I identify.

I would give more stars if I could! From the first contact with Mikala (sp) over the phone at the office this experience could not have gone smoother. I called at 5:00 PM on a Wednesday and on Thursday late morning Kenny was at the house inspecting my issue and giving me information on what the process was. More importantly he eased my fears with his dont worry, we have got this covered attitude. Kenny was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The next day Nathan was at the house around noon to apply the initial application. Once again another knowledgeable, and pleasant young man. He was so patient in answering my numerous questions. Point should be very proud of this crew. I have just retired and know the value of hiring the best people which is often times the most difficult part of any business. Point seems to have this covered. It has only been one day since application and I realize that this is a process and not an event. However I feel good knowing that I have a good team working working together. Thank you very much.

Kenny was great! I thought I had pack rats in my attic and he inspected the property and crawled around in the attic with me and figured out it was actually squirrels! He showed a lot of integrity and didt try and sell me a bill of goods and gave me lots of pointers about solving the squirrel problem on my own.
