Quick change places like this can sometimes have a less than great reputation. However, this place is great!!! Easy to get in, kind and knowledgeable staff that dont look down on a woman, listen and answer questions with good humor!Prices quoted over the phone were exactly as I was charged. And altogether, from the mechanic to the front desk, it was a seemkess and cost effective transaction.Added bonus: you can leave the rig, and go across to Safeway if you have groceries to pick up. Then come back, pay, and youre good to go.Will definitely be back ...

Be prepared to take your car to a mechanic after Rapid lube changes your oil.Here is an image of my cars oil release valve. Rapid Lube mangled it so bad the first time they did an oil change that when I went back the 2nd time they werent able to get it off again to drain. They said were sorry and suggested I go see a mechanic to fix their damage to my car. They were unable to change my oil.I went down to one of their competitors they were at least able to change my oil, by pumping from the top, but Ill still have to find a mechanic that can handle the damage.

Beware!!! After an oil change on 3/19/21 the car leaked oil on the garage floor. Went back and asked the mechanic if the washer was replaced after changing the oil. He assured us the washer was replaced and all was well. The car still leaked oil and took it to Six Star where they said there was no washer. Will not return to Rapid Lube.

Actually, I was at the Mobile station next too the Rapid Lube. As an update to my previous experiences here, this ExxonMobil Station is making improvements to their gas pumps and they seem to have the past nozzle shut-off issue corrected. Their customer service has improved and management appears to be proactively addressing known issues. Note: they dont yet include any pump discounts for ExxonMobil reward members that Ive discovered(usually - 3¢/gallon @ the pump)[I will continue to provide updates]

Avoid this place at all costs. They cannot even do a simple oil change properly. I had oil leaking all over when they finished and I wasnt going to let them touch my car again after screwing up something so simple. The owner seems very unethical/sketchy as well. DO NOT GO HERE!
