The employees are always helpful and efficient when I come to pick up packages. Use the side employee door if the customer door is locked.

This UPS team is GREAT! I had a delivery issue, called them and the problem was quickly resolved. No bad attitude, denying of responsibility, or hang-ups. The issue was handled quickly and I was not made to feel unreasonable or petty. Since then I have had flawless delivery service and courteous clarification calls when needed. I hope your UPS team is as good as this one. I would have posted 6 stars if possible.

High quality people for all your shipping and receiving needs. This people come together In their Brown uniforms. Hand-to-hand and arm to arm they form one of the greatest package skirmish line you have ever seen. They always know your packages especially in sandpoint. They rise above the call. They go out the middle winner and ice cold truck and still wear their shorts. Legs Stand strong and oppose the cold. The leg say cold you aint got ship on me. Hats off to the Brown force. Driver literally move a road closed gate to drive out the back of my property on Christmas eve. He could have easily turned around on the plowed open driveway. Thanks for destroying my families sledding hill! Ill be ruining the day of the next driver.

Definitely a place to go to ship a package

They were very helpful and friendly at this local center. The problem was resolved in 2 minutes after spending a long time with the 800# computer system and getting no where. Thank you.

2nd time at two different houses. UPS driver is dumb and said its an invalid address so I called them it wont be here til tomorrow. I waited at home all day for my phone case just for the driver to be lazy, and not even attempt to deliver. After this Im gonna start using USPS, and FedEx.
