I am so happy with the service provided here. They were able to get what i needed printed, the first copy didnt fit the page, so I fixed it and they only charged for the good copy. Great people. Screw staples!!!!! Handle all your copy/ printing needs here.

Dont count on them being open on Sunday like their hours posted and online say. Pretty good service when you do get waited on.

Ive called this store from another state, looking for assistance, I was able to talk to Jamie, a complete stranger, she went above & beyond for me, I informed her of the issue that I was having, & she immediately took over in trying to assist me . She & I spoke back & forth for a few days as she was trying to help & do all that she could. The world needs more people like her . Its greatly appreciated. Thank you Jamie

Unable to open email with Amazon return labels...no problem at sandpoint ship and pack. It was just an email, gal kept insisting it had to be opened in Amazon acct.She was 100% wrong.

If you use this location for a passport photo, dont let them tell you that you can NOT smile for the picture (if youre wanting to). I unfortunately didnt have the passport photo guidelines with me, but I challenged her saying I have smiled in previous ones and she wouldnt back down. She said it should look like a mug shot. After getting home, I researched this and she is absolutely incorrect. The guideline specifically states that you can smile as long as its natural and unexaggerated. Now I have a bad mug shot for the next 10 years.

Friendly, efficient and multi-tasking now. I went in to ship a parcel and found I was also able to have my business menu of services photocopied. One stop shopping here came as a great surprise. Going back today for more photocopies. They have all kinds of colored paper and printing options. Just a note on the shipping. They put your package in a safe room while it waits for the truck. It doesnt sit in the front of the store unattended - like it does at another place in town.... I loved the security of that. I wish them well!
