We have been working with this group for months on a project. I keep waiting for them to be ahead of the curve and efficient, but so far we have to stay on top of them every step of the way and then wait wait wait. I will add to my review if things get better.Update: apparently survey type work can take a very long time, but it is done, and done well! To be entirely honest, it was a very difficult situation and they bent over backward to work with us. I do appreciate that very much!! They did have to redo some of the survey work from things overlooked the first time, and I think we had to pay for that work to be redone. But overall, we are happy now, because the project is finished!!! .

While my initial meeting with Tim Blankenship (Sewell, Sandpoint) was informative and promising, he’s since chosen not to return even one of my four phone calls. I had to assume that Sewell was not interested in my project, so I took it elsewhere.

Tim Blankenship did a great job on project, highly recommend him.

Lengthy time line for a building permit, very expensive. Poor communication.
