Very reliable carpet cleaning service! These folks communicate well and just enough to inform and not irritate. I like that all of the details are included in the emails regarding pricing and what effects the price of the service. The technician was very polite and efficient and did a wonderful job on the carpet! They walk through with you to discuss the job first to create a mutual understanding of the scope of the work and the final price.

I had used this company in the past and was pleased. I had an appointment for today. I was sent a text message confirming the time that they would arrive as well as an email confirming that time. An hour later when they had not arrived I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. I left a voicemail message. 2 1/2 hours later someone finally shows up. I had turned my house upside down to prepare for their arrival and I was having guests for dinner this evening. I was so angry when someone finally showed up 2 1/2 hours late with no word. It is inexcusable today for anyone to be treated this way. I had recommended this service to a friend which I will certainly take back that recommendation. If you value your time I would not recommend using this company.

I needed a cleaning down for the carpet and I have been with the company for a couple of years, so I know that they an turn out great results. This staff is very friendly & professional. They came to the job on time & gave me the end results that I was looking for. They pricing was really nice and it wasnt a problem to get them to set up an appt w/me. I was faced with a stain that most people would have nightmares over. An air compressor blew a gasket and sprayed hot green compressor oil all over brand new cream colored carpet. Tony showed up in 35 minutes. Wow. Even though he said he sees stains like this maybe once every six years, he removed the stain and saved me from the potential expense of replacing all the carpet or doing a seamless splice. As a general contractor, there’s only one company now that I truly recommend to my clients for stains and cleaning carpet and that is this company. He’s been doing it for over 30 years in his work product reflects his dedication to his trade.

I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to get to my appointment. The communication was great. I received a text message letting me know that the technician was on his way and I also received a follow-up text when the technician had completed the job. The quality of work was great and the price was fair. Overall a great experience 5 stars for sure.

I have been a customer of Xtreme Carpet and Tile Cleaning for many years now. There simply is not a company out there who can beat their customer service, quality of work and value of service. I know when I need them, they will be at my door ready to take care of any mess within 24 hours. The fact that they are a local, family owned business that gives back to our community makes me love them even more!

They were able to remove the pet urine odors that were pervasive in the bottom floor area of the house. The dogs have not peed again in the area cleaned. The solution used didnt mask it.

Representative was over and hour late and I had to call to get them at that point. Total working on the job was 45 minutes. Inspection of the job (clean and seal two rooms of hardwood floors) revealed soil and pet hair plainly visible - encased in the sealer. When I questioned the owner his responses was: They cleaned the floor in the normal fashion. If particulates remained it was our responsibility as they dont due extreme floor cleaning! When I pointed out that the company name indicates otherwise he became angry and abusive. At no time did his workman indicate that he was going to less than a Xtremey good job!!! Customer beware!! Standards of this company vary with the workmens mood and time available!!

Excellent experience and professional staff. I had a very pleasant first experience working with Extreme Carpet care. I had them do some carpet work for my home and they did a great job. The process was very easy from start to finish. They followed up when they promised and came even after my business hours so they were really accommodating with my schedule. I would say the staff was helpful pleasant and professional. The pricing seems fair to me so we kept on adding areas. Overall, I would recommend them to future customers because they provided such great work for me.

This is our second year hiring Xtreme Carpet Cleaning to clean our office in Sandpoint. Tony was very polite. He was able to get our office cleaned in the time that he quoted and we are very happy with the results.

I cannot recommend this company. I have owned many homes and had many carpet cleaners in my life. This by far was not acceptable.Made appointment to do whole home traffic areas, no furniture movement and a few specific stains. Its a small home of less than 1400sq ft. They didnt do 2 of the rooms, they didnt know they were there ...? these were connected to a room that was done and doesnt have a door between them?? Um okay... They corrected it and came back 2 weeks later to do them. This time leaving many stains behind and no pet hair removed at all. When I asked they said they dont have equipment and capacity to clean hair from carpets? Hum...and All the stains and pet hair remain. I feel $300 was expensive for the the results I got. I was communicated with regarding the matters, but not with regards to any resolution and an unfriendly approach. Caution on hiring this company.

A disappointing experience because after the technician cleaned I was left with 2 issues in the carpet in the same small area that I didnt have before he came. 1) a 1 x 1 spot I believe happened because he overly soaked that spot (it took 24+ hrs to dry) and it wicked up dust from below the surface and dried discolored. 2) what appears to be a 4 burn mark - no one can explain how it got there. The rest of the carpet turned out great.I was prompt, courteous and persistent in communicating about the issues but in the end it was dismissed as far as any validity to my claim being their fault and without accepting any responsibility for either issue. After going back and forth via email and phone Denise did offer to credit me for the cleaning of that small area . . . however, now I am still left to deal with the 2 issues I never had before. I cannot recommend this company for their customer service.

I called Xtreme Carpet Cleaning Last year after a long spring (aka muddy season in Sandpoint, ID.) with my 10 year old tracking in dirt and such on to my almost white carpet. Xtreme Carpet Cleaning to the rescue!!! I was so pleased with the results, I was gone for the day and everything was clean and almost completely dry by the time I got home.They did a very good job of cleaning and an excellent job of extracting water from the carpet (which I was worried about). They were able to remove old stains, ones I couldnt remember how they got there in the first place and now I can just forget about, and they stayed gone. Not like in the past when I had other cleaners come and the stain was gone for a week then POOF out of some super stain magic its back. I highly recommend using Xtreme Carpet Cleaning!
