DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESS’S like this who lack customer service and empathy. The service is horrible. After a minor girl came in complaining about the ugly horrible job they did, the so called manager called the cops on a minor because she complained about the terrible job she did and refused to refund her money. She was yelling and very unprofessional!The so called manager (who is involved or married to the owner) treats you like garbage. The owner couldn’t even get his manager to refund the little girl her money.NEVER WILL I FORGET THIS STORY
3rd time there. The service is wonderful and Nancy is a a great manicurist! However, be careful when choosing a color off of their color palette. The polishes do not match the palette. $80.00 later (mani/pedi) I have two colors that I would never choose. It was too late to change. I will remember this for next time
Called 4 days ago and the mail box was full. Called 2 days ago and was still unable to speak to anyone or leave a message. Im guessing they are still closed but at least your voice mail message should reflect that youre temporarily closed.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. [Yes they do take walk ins] save yourself AND them any fuss by making an appoinment if you can.My favorite part is their cleanliness standards. Liners in the tubs and you get the fresh tools they use for YOU AND ONLY YOU when their done.Staff is friendly, efficient, and thorough.Pricing is the same in comparison to other salons in the area.
I hardly ever write reviews but my experience was too bad not to. I had an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes until it was my turn. They were not sanitary by any means and they were not cleaning properly. Their tools fell to the ground but the lady continued to use it on me without even cleaning it first. I was rushed on my nails despite the fact they had me sitting in the salon for 2.45 hours waiting uselessly. On top of that, I had a regular mani + pedi (no design or powder) and was charged $80. Unbelievable. Their price book stated regular mani+pedi combo $60 or $65 (I cant remember which one). My nails were lumpy and my uneven. Never coming here again.

I was skeptical to come here because the building looked disheveled but after a horrible experience at Tips N Toes I cam here and was blown away by the quality and service fixing my nails!!! Dont make the same mistake as me. Go here first!!
Made an appointment the day before and stressed that I needed someone good at SNS. Kim was amazing. She did a fantastic job on sns/dipping powder. She fixed my destroyed nails (by a salon down the street). She knew exactly what to do to get them to look long again. She did a great job apply the powder and gel as well. By far the best Ive had in the area. Im SO happy.
I was very excited to take my mother with me so she can get her first-ever pedicure. I was very confident in taking her again, based on the reviews I read. Upon entering I noticed 4 workers, Anna was with a client doing her fingernails and had another one waiting with her fingertips wrapped in foil. There were four people in the pedicure chairs. None was waiting. After selecting our nail colors we were going to take a seat. Anna told me I was really early and thered would be a wait. That was very understandable... I asked if we could come back at 4 P.M. which was the time of our appointment. We came back at 4 P.M. 2 clients from the pedicure chairs had gotten up and the other two were gone. Anna was still with the same client. I noticed two people, an adult and a child had been seated in the pedicure chairs... We were not assisted for 15 minutes.We were then told to sit in two prepared pedicure chairs. They were clean and the bowl was wrapped with a plastic cover which was great. My mother and I both sat in our chairs. There were now only two workers doing pedicures, a male and a female. The male assisted me and my mother was left waiting. We figured she would be assisted soon. We were wrong! I got my pedicure started. The forth worker returned and began my nails 10 minutes later.She took a towel from the seat next to mind and opened it over my lap... out fell another persons nail bits and nail powder over my lap and purse. Disgusting! She said sorry and slowly grabbed and towel and semi-cleaned my lap and I had to clean my purse. Mind you i was getting a pedicure and couldnt stand. My nails had gel-they were sanded off. I did like that at all especially because my nail bed was compromised. The product smelled of super glue and I instantly regretted it. However, I stayed. During all of this I looked at my mother-still no one helped her. I asked the two assisting me who was going to help her. I was told to wait. About 5 minutes later the man who was doing my nails stood up to do the fingernails of the adult seated before us. Funny how he was talkative to her and never spoke to me. *I dont know if they scheduled three pedicures and a child mani-pedi together but that is not our problem. We had appointments. The female who serviced the adult and child initially, began a new walk-ins pedicure. At this time my mother decided not to get any service done. My mother stood up and was asked where she was going by the male. She was told to stay seated. I told the worker she decided not to get her nails done.After the underside of my nails were also sanded down, terribly so my work was complete. My mother was followed to the cash wrap and told repeatedly to come back tomorrow by the worker who did my nails. She declined. Anna charged me. As she did she whispered that her worker (female) moved slowly between clients as if that was the problem. Perhaps, not scheduling so many people at once was the problem or leaving a client in a chair for 1 HOUR without assisting her was a major problem.My medicore service was $80. Id rather drive a good distance for better service. I am never returning here again. Anna also told me next time, if you need to leave by a certain time Ill try to finish you by then. Really? You left my mom in a chair for an hour! In addition, we had appointments. Ive never been to a salon with another person with appointments where only one person was service. I wish I expressed my self at the salon but I didnt want to get upset. I am glad the other party who was assisted immediately despite being rude and demanding loudly who was going to do her nails. Terrible service and its sad Anna blamed the worker when that was never or perhaps partially the problem.
