I rented a pick up truck super last minute almost at their closing time and everything went super smoothly. Carlos and Mr. Hernandez (forgot his first name) were super helpful and not to mention friendly. I paid $90 for 4 hours plus 39 cents per mile which is seems a little pricey but I lack knowledge in comparative pricing.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. The equipment is in good shape. I would return for any construction tools one time use needs. We rented a truck this time, and have rented a flatbed w/tail-lift and specific function power tools from them in the past.

I rented an 8 hp rototiller with a trailer to remove a small area of lawn and prepare the area for sod. The staff was so patient teaching a novice how to work a rather large piece of equipment. I felt confident with the trailer and using the rototiller throughout the job. Ready to release a diy on YouTube. Special thanks to Luis in the San Rafael location!

I recently rented a wood splitter from Allstar and the whole process from ordering to delivery, to explanation of how to operate it and pick up we’re seamless. The splitter worked just perfectly. Thank you for such great service. The only drawback was the price of delivery. A bit steep but I had no one to pick it up for me. I will recommend Allstar Rents for sure!

I have rented trailers, vibraplates and other equipment here for years. Recently we needed to change out the generator we rented and then keep that one for extra time. The bill was high but when I spoke with them about the price, how much we actually used it etc they readily lowered the price by half. Their flexibility was much appreciated.

Im so confused about the reviews that say Great Customer Service... Because that is the 100% complete opposite experience we had with the San Rafael location. After calling with an issue about the equipment we rented from them, the guy on the phone said, Deal with it! and then hung up on us. When we called back, he claimed he was trying to put us on hold. (Right.) Other locations we talked to were fantastic and professional. SR location, definitely not.

Rented a lot of stuff there recently. Trucks, sewer cameras, more trucks. Everything was great until we got a 3 yard dump truck. Think it was a Ford 350. Couldnt back up the street we were working on with more than 2 yards of gravel in the back. The other trucks we rented, which were diesel worked much better. Overall, happy with what we had. Just make sure to rent the diesel truck.

These guys have very reasonable rental fees. Their equipment is in good condition and if you rent on Saturdays you get Sunday free of charge. Perfect for the weekend projects.

They had what they said they had. Price was good; I got a little clear, direct instruction, and off I went. Ive used this branch many times over the years. Never a problem.

I rented 2 ozone machines from All Star and the guy who helped me was friendly and efficient. Im only giving 4 stars, because the machines themselves were only okay—not industrial strength as we had hoped. They were good enough for getting out odors and freshening up a space, but not for what we wanted—to kill mold.
