My wife had a mani pedi .. nail polish wasn’t cleaned up and smeared on her skin in multiple places, also with smudges in the polish itself. And the woman who worked there thought it would be ok to try to try on my wife’s shoes while she wasn’t looking. Crazy.

They do a really great job here with even VERY difficult nails. And theyre very reasonably priced.

I love this place but the the chairs end up being uncomfortable on the butt when you get a manicure and pedicure and are in them for about 2 and 1/2 hours and there actual appointment system could be better.

Made an appointment for my best friend and me and they took us right away when we came in. I got a full set of gels and she got longer acrylics done. It was my first visit here and I was very happy with the service and how my manicure turned out! Will definitely be a returning customer!

I don’t typically submit reviews for anything I do. This salon absolutely warrants a review though, because my experience there was fantastic. I have been looking for a nail salon in San Rafael for months, and all of the ones that I have visited up to this point were decent but underwhelming. Yao at Montecito Nails took such care in giving me the perfect pedicure, she far and above exceeded expectations. The salon is also beautiful and clean, with comfortable massage chairs. I’ll be back for more soon!

Great find and good prices! Comfy massage chairs and meticulous work! I was surprised when they person who sat to do my pedicure was a teenage boy, but he sure did an excellent job! He was a bit rough with the cuticle trimming, but thats the only thing I have to say about my experience that wasnt excellent! The people are very nice and the place is clean. Staff here is very nice and friendly. They are also very professional and easy to communicate with. The lady who did my nails did an awesome job. Recently got my nails done here and overall my nails look good but whoever did my pedicure dug too deep at my big toe nail. It immediately bled and a week later I found myself at the doctors office getting part of my toe nail removed due to the rough cut which caused a nasty in grown toe nail. Will not be back.

Past by this salon earlier when I was shopping in the area. Afterwards when I was done, saw that I had enough time to get a manicure. So, I went in. Was blown away with how clean this place was. Very spotless. The techs are really friendly too. I didnt had to wait long till one of the nails came and took care of me right away. She was very skillful. Didnt cut me once at all throughout the process of my manicure. She also listen to all my requests too. My nails looked really graceful! Highly recommend this salon! Services is amazing!
