We engaged Hitmen Termite & Pest Control. Unfortunately, the ants returned rather quickly and have been present intermittently since their service. They do promise to return if the problem persists. However, it has been challenging to schedule the appointment because Hitmen took down a wrong phone number at the outset. Ive also tried calling a number of times and following a long hold, have been disconnected every time.More problematic and dangerous, Hitmen left an entire can (1 lb) of industrial pesticide on our kitchen counter within reach of our toddler (see photo). If we hadnt noticed, it could have been a tragic situation.Upon emailing Hitmen to let them know about about this, they have not even responded, which doesnt show basic empathy or acceptance of responsibility as a business.

These MEN are the BEST! You can call them and they will be out promptly for a “one hit” or a contract .. absolutely NO PRESSURE. I love that. I especially adore this company and their men for knowing about their business which is bugs and rodents. I called many companies with one question and they were the only company who knew the answer. The question was “how do you kill ants?”. The only answer is this. “You find and destroy the Queen”. I had two Queens on my very large property and they found both. No more ants ever now for over 15 years. They have been out twice for spiders and that’s it. Call them. You won’t be sorry. Price is beyond reasonable for knowledgeable professional and courteous men. Thank you Hit Men!!!

Hitmen used to be great. We use them every 5 years or so when we get an ant problem, but dont need a monthly service. This time after they came out, we still had an ant problem which has never happened. They never followed up as they said they would, but when I called they scheduled a follow up visit the next day between 11-1pm. When they were late, I called to see why, and was told they would get an urgent message in to contact me. Half an hour later, I was still waiting and called again. This time I was told that they would get back to me in 24 hours and that the person who answers doesnt have access to appointment information and can only put in a message marked urgent. She couldnt tell me what a typical response time to an urgent call is, but clearly its not within an hour, as I am still waiting! I have better things to do on a Saturday than waste 3 hours waiting for them to never show. Dont waste your time with Hitmen!!

Hitmen was recommended to me by a tree company, and they have given me excellent service for many years. Rick is a knowledgeable arborist, and has identified and treated sudden oak death with my heritage trees. He also has effectively eliminated a severe gopher problem that has been plaguing us for years.

Warning. Do not use this company3 no call no show appointments. Not professional. I had to call them to find out where they were each time and was given the runaround. They did not call me to say that they werent going to be here. They were supposed to email a report but never did.

Great staff, clear estimate and explanations of what work theyd do to close off mouse/rat holes.

Once you hire them you are going to have the hardest time to make them leave you alone.😬😬 They keep on sending you bills claiming many unannounced visits by their technicians that you would be completely unaware of. Watch It !!!
