Kirsten is so easy to talk to, she is funny and relatable. I felt like every time I saw her, I tapped into a new tool in her tool bag. I came for hypnotherapy and some sessions we didnt do hypnotherapy because the session called for something else. I really appreciate Kirsten being so flexible with my healing process and really working to understand the root. She has so much to offer from her personal training and life experience.
