Did a very thorough job on our home which had not been cleaned much since covid arrived. Andrea and her colleague were also very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

I recently moved across the country to California with my girlfriend and used MM to get our new home in clean move in ready/working order. Mind you, we both work from home and spend an easy 90% in our humble abode.Upon inspection it turned out the two person staff oversaw to clean several windows or vacuum in any of the rooms, I learned this because I stepped on a nail in the carpet when walking into my now new to me office space.The kitchen still had food crumbs and actual DIRT from the previous tenant.When I tried to call the office I was out on hold and finally had to hang up because it was becoming apparent I was forgotten about.You know that they say in life, you get what you pay for.. well, whoever wrote that never hired this cleaning service...(I did not want the result in leaving this nothing but a truthful comment, but after being blown off and disregarded the way I am being treated as a paying customer - it’s time to go through alternate routes. This is stage 2 of resolution, stage 3 is calling my bank directly)Come to think of it now, this is the first time Molly has been such a bad experience! 😒

We have high ceilings and they did a good job cleaning the high spots. They also did a great job in the kitchen including the appliances. Overall happy with their service

Carmen was super helpful with setting up the appointment! All the ladies that cleaned were very professional and did an EXCELLENT job!! The only thing I’d add is that they were a little late and charged me for an extra cleaner that I did not ask for. It seems as though I didn’t have a choice, they just gave me one. It worked out but times are hard and I don’t think anyone wants extra charges sprung on them.

I used Molly Mail for a move out clean. Three ladies arrived and promptly got to work. Cobwebs, baseboards, bathrooms, blinds, fridge, oven, cooktop, washing my floors, and an hour and a half left my house spotless. I was very pleased with their work and the condition that they left my house. I would use them again.

I love Josefina T. and her team.They have been great for the entire 5+ years weve used them. They are polite, work hard, and do a great job.Yes, it can cost a bit more than using a private individual, but I like knowing that their workers get workers compensation if they get injured on the job (which my home insurance wont cover, so Id be on the hook), and that theyre bonded in case theres ever something damaged or missing - which has never happened to us with this company.There’s a reason we haven’t switched providers. We’re happy customers.

I have had Yasmin Martha and Maria for almost 20 years and what an excellent crew they are. I am 88 years old and cranky and fussy and they always satisfy me which isnt easy. And my dealings with Pat were always handled very professionally. Wish I could afford more than twice an month. Grade A plus plus for my crew..

I should have went with Molly Maid the first time. The quality and reliability is superior over my last service. Clean, courteous and helpful. I used Molly Maid for my initial clean and was so happy with everything, they now come every other week and best of all, my wife is happy.

Consuelo and her crews (now Anjelica and Perla) have been cleaning my house(s) since 2003. They are prompt, courteous, thorough, and we have become friends. Consuelo especially is a gem! Whatever I need done, they do. The office staff (especially Carmen) are responsive and flexible. I cant recommend Molly Maids highly enough.

Ladies were professional and caring. I’m amazed at how sparkling clean they made my home. It looked like brand new! They cleaned things I never would of thought of & I thought I was a clean freak. Highly recommend 😺!

I was so impressed by the efficiency and excellent work the three employees did in cleaning my house. Not only did they vacuum my area rugs, but they lifted them up and vacuumed under them, and also vacuumed under the sofas and beds. The bathroom was spotless and they also cleaned my very large glass coffee table and dusted the shelves in my living room. All this in one hour! I will use them again, for sure.Their billing dept. should also be praised. I had overpayed for the cleaning and received a check for the difference in less than one week.

After over 20 years of continuous service, I think I should be able to think of SOME flaw... but I cant !!
