ADM is the best place to learn aerial in Marin. Sheila is warm & positive, so newbies dont be afraid to come out & try it! A cool space with lots of safety mats & a soft floor. A great workout for all ages- I highly recommend!

What a wonderful surprise to find this local dance school that offers a creative and unique form of expression to all ages. My daughter has truly enjoyed learning aerial skills and as a bonus has made some new friends. Sheila (owner/instructor) provides a kind and nurturing atmosphere for beginners, while sharing her own passion and love for this art form. I would highly recommend Aerial Dance Marin to anyone regardless of age, gender or skill level who is interested in learning what aerial dance is all about.

Aerial Dance Marin is wonderful! Its such a fun sport to try and Im so glad someone has made it available to those of us outside of SF. Sheila is so caring and make everyone feel welcome, regardless of skill level. Highly recommend!!

The classes are very engaging and Sheila, the instructor, is so kind and helps you improve as an individual in aerial silks. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking for a very challenging and fun sport!
