Last night I was the victim of a smash & grab at Northgate Mall. Left my bag in the passenger seat like an idiot. Sure enough, it was supposed to rain today and I needed a replacement passenger window for my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe.This morning, I called a couple places to make an appointment. Auto Glass Warehouse was the best priced and the quickest available. Enrique picked up the phone, was available in 90 minutes and was clear with instructions and expectations. He called 30 minutes out and right before arrival to confirm my location.The installation took less than 30 minutes. Enriques teammate even vacuumed most of the leftover glass and wiped down the interior.I highly recommend Auto Glass Warehouse!

I called several other mobile glass companies and Auto Glass Warehouse was the first to return my call. Not only that but they had the best price around the North Bay. Talk about great value for your money !! These guys came in and out before I even came to observe their work. Very straightforward, very communicative and a very organised team. I had my front passenger window broken by accident at home. Been calling around for quotes and gave up with the high costs of repair besides the drive I have to take to drop the car in repair shops while I uber back to work than uber back to pick up after a few hours. I pretty much gotta take a day off to sort this out. Was going to buy the parts to do it myself while dreading the thought on labor but than I came across Auto Glass. They not only had the BEST QUOTE compared to others, they also provide free mobile installations. Auto Glass arrived an hour after my call at work and left within 30min with my new window installed. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Getting your window smashed sucks, and the price quotes I got from the first repair places I called only added more pain. Enrique was able to get me a FANTASTIC price (less than half of the highest quotes I got!) and installed my new window that day (no one else was available that quickly!). They offer free mobile service which made the process very easy and they even cleaned the dust and ash from inside my car (were near the CA wild fires.) Note: though the website says cash only, they do take credit and debit cards. San Rafael Auto Glass warehouse will be my first call if I even need auto glass replaced again. Thanks Enrique!
