Had a great experience here today. The staff were all super friendly and organized, and took me back right on time. Dr. Rodriguez is so sweet, gentle, and professional. I really appreciated the time she took to explain everything to me and get to know me a little bit. Very clean and nice looking office. Just generally really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

First visit for my son and we were treated so well. The entire staff had such a lovely demeanor and welcomed us with warm smiles. (Even though I had missed my own appointment a week prior. Sorry!!!) Update - I had to get a cavity filled yesterday, and Dr. Rodriguez was AMAZING. She treated me so kindly, and went very slowly to avoid making me nervous. By far the easiest cavity filling Ive ever had, I couldnt believe it. Thank you North Bay Dental!I am anxious about going the dentist, but Dr. Rodriguez and the staff of North Bay Dental made this *far and away* the best dentist visit I have ever had! Everyone took time to check in with me about my anxiety and my pain levels (which remained at 0 the whole time, thanks to their care and their offer of numbing mouthwash), and communicated clearly to keep nerves to a minimum. Im so grateful to have found them, theyve made me a loyal patient!

I am old, and have seen a lot of dentists, hygienists, and dental offices in my time. The office is bright and cheerful, the support staff friendly and efficient. For my first visit I saw Dr Rupi Buttar. She is wonderful - engaged, listens well, explains things well, obviously enjoys her work, and did the cleaning. She had some suggestions, but nothing traumatic! It was my best dental experience ever - I actually enjoyed being there

She made suggestions of how what to do at home, but wasnt pushy. They also gave me an itemized bill prior to any procedure so I knew what I was paying for ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Buttar and her staff are so wonderful to work with. They are thorough, non-alarmist, and preventative in their care. My husband and I have never been so proactive with our dental care as we have been with Dr. Buttar. Their yearly plan makes it so easy and affordable to stay on top of our dental health. Also, their offices are clean, modern, and state of the art. Highly recommend them!
