I felt Keatons made a tough process as good as it could be. People were attentive, good listeners and choices left up to us with options explained but not up sold. I felt Kate was the very best representative I could have had as she heard my concerns and followed up with me to ensure I knew requests were completed.

Planning the funeral arrangements for a loved one is obviously never an easy thing to do. Kate Finucane at Keatons Mortuary made the whole process as easy as I could have imagined. From respectfully presenting options, communicating via phone and email, ensuring satisfaction with products selected, ease of transporting and going well above and beyond the expectations of her job (she did all the leg work and facilitated us get a plaque at a military cemetery for my veteran father which I didnt even know was an option). Kate has a lovely demeanor, calm, professional, empathetic, kind. She is absolutely a joy to work with. I highly recommend working with Kate at Keatons when faced with planning a funeral for a loved one. I have to imagine she would make the process as easy as possible for just about anyone.

My mom passed away March 24. Keatons allowed us to perform our ceremonial cleansing of the body at their facility during Covid-19 pandemic. Although only two people were allowed in, we managed to perform the ceremony and I am grateful for that.

I made arrangements for my wifes cremation on the day she was dying.everything was handled clearly, easily and with great sympathy by all the staff members that helped me. It could have been even easier if I had prearranged things weeks, months or years earlier. Ill do that for myself with Keatons to make things simple for my children.
