These guys were great! They fixed my VW Eos convertible top when no one else could. They explained everything, were super friendly, and called a few weeks later just to make sure everything was still operating smoothly.

Short version: I took my 2002 VW into Zuffenhausen on January 29. They told me that there was an oil leak and that the valve cover needed to be replaced. On June 25, A MERE 5 MONTHS LATER, the exact same problem occurred again!! Since Im not local (I live in Los Angeles) I called to discuss the matter with Zuffenhausen. They didnt offer to do anything to rectify the situation! Clearly, I couldnt bring the car back to them since I live 300 miles away. I was hoping that they would offer something since they do guarantee their work for up to 1 year. Nothing!! I paid $700+ in January and just spent another $500+ to get the same repair done again. BE CAREFUL THAT YOURE GETTING WHAT YOURE PAYING FOR!!

We were desperately looking for a VW Machanic when our bus started leaking oil buy the gallon on are way back from Oregon 😡.They reached out to us and pulled the engine and did repairs to the clutch and cam shaft seal . We stayed at a motel 6 just down the street, decided to finish are vacation and rented a car while they did the repairs . That was Wensday we drove back are rental car on Friday and picked up the bus it ran better than ever all the way home 👍😀 thanks Zuffenhausen you saved are 🥓
