Adam Lazar and associates have always been super relaxed and helpful when approached in person about purchasing and understanding their auto policy. When a lady rear ended me and totaled my car in Livermore Allstate was simply super helpful and efficient. They guided me through the process and offered me much more money for my vehicle than Geiko. (the other woman had that insurance and I had a choice). Its kind of cliche to say it but indeed I felt I was in good hands. Very very helpful and effective staff. Also my rates are very reasonable.

We lost our $500 .deductuble we had earned from being accident free for years. We went through Allstate instead of the insurance company whose driver was at fault for the accident. We werent told they would lose that deductible we had earned so we lost that money if we had Allstate handle the claim so if we are at fault in an accident we have to pay $500 because we no longer have a $500 credit if we are at fault for a future accident. We lost money on that accident when we werent at fault because Stare Farm insurance company would not pay us our deductible back so we lost our $500 deductible which we wont be able to use if we get in an accident that is our fault. If we had been told we would lose the $500 we earned we would have just had State Farm handle our case since they admitted their driver was at fault and told me they would pay all the bills on the very first day I reported the accident. I dont recommend Allstate to friends because this happened to us. I should have been told that this is the policy upfront on the first day I called in to report the accident that we would lose the $500 the policy upfront.

32 seconds. My entire phone call was 32 seconds. I called and talked to a HUMAN, voiced my issue, was told a solution, and was off the phone in 32 seconds. AAA cannot touch that time and I know now the switch was the correct choice.

I have been a client of Adam Lazar for a number of years. He and his staff have always been answered my questions regarding insurance coverage. He has handled my car insurance, home insurance and most recently explained to me what an umbrella policy was and how it would protect my biggest assest, my home.
