I heard noises in the walls of my house. Called several companies to come take a look; David was the first person to respond. He did an inspection and provided a reasonable quote to remove the rodents permanently. He repaired entry points around the foundation and in the attic around an air vents to the roof. He covered the vents with wire mesh and was done by the end of the day. He then trapped all the rats inside over the week. Very professional, thorough, and I have had no rat problems since.
