We went to Hosna for a cranial helmet for our daughter. She was amazing from the beginning to the end. Very reassuring, professional, and knowledgeable. The process was actually harder for us than it was for the baby, she didn’t mind the helmet at all and was really cute in it and the bonus was that she had an extra protection on her head while she was starting to crawl/walk. At the end the results were amazing. Attached pictures are 3 months apart and show a humongous difference. Would definitely recommend Hosna and her expertise.

Seriously phenomenal customer service! This was my first time here and I understand the management is new. I was able to get right in thanks to a cancellation and I was better than new less than 30 minutes later. Issue resolved and I walked out on clouds. The gentleman who helped me (Jake) was professional and very knowledgeable about custom orthodics and even my specific medical issues. I was so impressed with the service provided I scheduled a future appointment to discuss an additional appliance that I had no idea even existed. Its really nice to have someone to call in the future for all my custom orthodic needs.
