If I could give Salem and the Robust team ten stars I would. I recently did an office move and was nervous about our phone system and computers being up and running immediately in our new suite because I have worked with vendors in the past who made our IT/Phone experience a nightmare. My experience with Salem and Robust was so easy and seamless! Salem was on top of our move every step of the way. He even coordinated our new service with our Internet provider and was available to make sure everything went smooth the day of our new internet service installation. Then there were the phones. Our last phone vendor couldnt figure out how to set up our phone system and they were in my office ALL DAY. I had to call my husband to come and help them figure it out and finally my husband got the phone system working. Then we had trouble with the phone connection with calls and service dropping for over a year. So you can imagine I was nervous about getting our phone system up and running. It literally took Salem 10 minutes....YES 10 minutes to have our phone system up and running AND our service is excellent! No dropped service or calls. In addition, Salems follow through and turn around time was really impressive.
