We had a major water damage in our kitchen which also damaged the ceiling underneath. The guys from Servpro were very professional. They came up with a gadget that correctly identified the affected area and they followed up with the damage control. They are very skilled & fast serving team. Highly recommended.

THE SAN MATEO SERVPRO GUYS ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ! THESE GUYS CAME 3 HOURS LATE, DID AN ASSESSMENT AND THEN RAN OFF TO ANOTHER JOB, AND THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. DO NOT USE THEM, GO TO SERVPRO IN BELMONT.

This review is long overdueI was hoping I would calm down but Im still irritated.Yes they did respond quickly but thats not the real issue here. I was forced to use these guys per my insurance and what a headache! I will never be using them again.Communicating with them and what was going on was like pulling teeth!They failed to repair and paint some scratches while taking out the flooring, which is annoying but the worst part was they would show up unannounced (we did not make any appointments and they would show up) AND they would also miss appointments that we made two-three days in advance. What the heck? They failed to communicate with us and another company that also had to work on the space. They said they werent finished yet but then upon further communication claimed their part was done and it was the other companys responsibility to complete the job. Please stop wasting peoples time. I get that the insurance company is paying you but its pretty embarrassing. Ugh Im triggered just by thinking about it.

My water heater leaked from underneath at my second home. I wasnt in town at the time and it flooded my garage. Thankfully my neighbor helped and shut off my main valve. I ended up calling Servpro San Mateo before boarding my plane back home. When I arrived a few hours later they had 3 guys there sucking up the water. They spent a few hours and set up these fans. They were loud but they ended up drying everything out. They said I was lucky most of the water spilled onto the concrete and not inside the house. A few days later they picked up everything and showed me it was all dry. Thank you for the quick help Stephen and Logan. It was a stressful flight but I was happy to see them there working by the time I got home. I would definitely call these guys again if I had a flood.

Recently had the chance to work with Servpro of San Mateo. My water heater burst while being out of town. You can only imagine the disaster I came home to. Coming home and seeing my carpet soaked in water a good friend refereed me to get in contact with Servpro of San Mateo as soon as I called in I was able to get a quick response from their office I believe the lady i spoke with was Carolina. She helped me get all the right information like how long the job might take and letting me know what I needed to open an insurance claim. After hanging up with her Fabian and his crew arrived with in the next hour to take a closer look and check if there was mold built up since the water was sitting there for 2 days. Once he seen all the damage he was able to give me a total estimate. Fabian and his crew got the work done in a timely manner and got the job done with in 5 days. Through out this process they were constantly letting me know what was going on and what the next steps would be.Thank you again Servpro of San Mateo for the quick response and well done work.

I called them and they took care of some water that spilled out of my mothers busted water heater at her home in Burlingame. They responded within an hour.

The crawlspace under my house filled with water from a pipe that slowly leaked for an extended period of time. SERVPRO of San Mateo sucked up the water and pressure washed the crawlspace. They also sprayed some chemical and it looks and smells clean now. They finished in about 1 day and did a good job.
