Today, this guy really worked hard as he fixes my dishwasher that is not working properly. He was very thorough at explaining everything throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. When he was done, he cleaned up all the messes and left my house as if nothing happened. Thank you very much and highly recommended!

I was very pleased to find Bestway Residential Services Inc. located nearby. I was thrilled with Pattersons responsiveness and talent. I was able to make an appointment for the following day. Patterson was prompt, friendly, and conducted a thorough evaluation of the malfunctioning part of the refrigerator. He ordered the replacement part, installed it, and followed up a few days later to ensure all was well. All of this service and a very fair price.

My fridge quit cooling overnight, and I woke up to a freezer full of quickly defrosting food. Unlike.their competitors, Atlas could squeeze me on the same day. When they arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and wearing masks. Luckily, it was a small problem, and my fridge was repaired. The tech had good ideas on how to prolong the life of the appliance and told me how to handle the problem should it reoccur.
