Everytime we get a new car we take it to Audio Outlet to get the driver & passenger windows tinted. They are very friendly, customer service oriented & always get me in & out quick & with perfection each time. Highly recommend Audio Outlet! Oh almost forgot, they put a navigation/backup camera package in my husbands Jeep which he loves, makes all the difference being able to see behind him while backing up.

Went in to schedule an appointment to diagnose an issue with my stereo, had to wait 20 minutes just to be seen because the salesman was working with another customer. Finally I was able to scheduled an appointment a week in advance and when I arrived, I was told that I had to wait because they were very busy at the time. (this was a 4:00 apt.) I dropped my vehicle off and was told to be back by 6. The salesman called me later that afternoon and told me the problem got diagnosed as a wiring harness needing to be replaced at a cost of $200. I agreed to pay that and I arrived back at the shop by 6 as instructed to pick up my vehicle. I was then pulled aside and told it was not the harness but my amplifier having a bad channel. Why I was not called about this I dont know. Because it was 6PM and they were closing, the sales man could not get me a quote, but promised that he would get me one via email no later than that Friday. I gave the salesman my email address and did not receive any other communications from Audio Outlet. It has been almost 3 weeks now and I was told over and over that because I was a customer, I would not leave unhappy. Well, unfortunately this salesman keeps giving me false hope that my stereo can be fixed by Audio Outlet. I am very disappointed that this company was unable to help me out and I still have a malfunctioning stereo. The one thing the salesman kept harping on was to make sure I fill out a survey to let them know how they are doing, so that I can do. Good luck with this.
