They made it so easy to rent a double bass, were super patient with my bazillion questions, and its very affordable. They answered emails promptly, and were so thorough with responses, which is super helpful during COVID. All around great experience.

Great service! They helped me & my son find everything he needed for beginning band. They were very friendly and knowledgeable! They made it so easy for us, as we knew very little and just had the list from the teacher. They did mention that their main store in Rancho Penisquitos has more selection, but they were still able to get us everything we needed. I highly recommend Bertrands.

Fantastic experience fixing my daughters baritone. The baritone broke down and she needed it for a field trip the next day, I explained this and they told me to come over to see if they could fix it the same day. They were able to fix it for me right away. I am so grateful! Also very friendly and kind techs working on the instruments. Highly recommended. It is a bit hard to find, its nestled in a corner in office K-2 at 120 N Pacific.

The cork on the neck of my alto sax dried out and delaminated. John and his repair team had me back up and running in an hour! Great customer service and very reasonable prices.
