I was cancelled on my policy for a letter they supposedly sent me but i never got. They were able to email me a cancellation though, and even though i was paid a month ahead they refused to refund my money and wanted another 150$ to restart my policy.i was told by rosado that only progressive could fix it and progressive said only rosado could fix it.. ....i feel totally scammed.

Michelle is very professional, always friendly, courteous & helpful. Anytime I have any questions or concerns she takes the time to help get me get the answers I need.
