Man where do I begin. First, if there was an option to give more stars, I would. If you are looking for something affordable, this is the place.I came here because about a year ago I spilled water on my laptop. I called HP and because the warranty was out, they were asking for over $300 to repair it. I tried doing what was suggested online, by letting it dry out, taking out all components, etc. and got nothing.After doing a little research I stumbled across uBreakiFix. Amazing customer service, they constantly keep you updated on the status of what theyre doing, they answer all questions, super professional, and I recommend this place to anyone who damages their laptop, phone, or tablet. In fact, I am writing this review on the laptop that they repaired and all my data was salvaged. Thank you for everything!

They replaced the finger tip lens on my Samsung Note 8 phone. I have No idea how I got a chip in it, but it certainly didnt work.Well worth the repair price instead of getting a new cellphone!! They were very polite, very informative, and prompt. Way to go!

Had an incident and filed a claim through Insurance. They called 15 min before opening to confirm they had the parts needed, and then I dropped it off. They gave a 3 hour window and had it done in an hour in a half. Picked it up, and everything was better than. New. Devin was super helpful and had answers to ever question I had. Ubreakifix on Nordahl Road in Escondido has been really good to me and my wife we have each taken our iPhones there and they have fixed them both and saved us hundreds of dollars. Recently my wife had a piece of the charger stuck in her phone and I took it to ubreakifix they fixed that issue in about 3 min or less for us free of charge. Excellent customer service. The techs are super passionate about what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick repair.

I took my phone in because in because it wasnt charging properly. They took the phone in and cleaned the charging port for free. The service was fast and responsive. The process took no more than 15 minutes. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The epitome of professionalism and customer service is right here! After a minor drop of my phone, I found that the charging port had bent and I was unable to plug in my phone to charge. With only 15% battery left, I made it to the store and asked if this could be fixed. Brought a used ps4 to get cleaned up to get rid of a loud fan and overheating issue. Unfortunately the ps4 had prior heat damage and was unfixable. Fortunately, they were were able to refund my money for the cleaning service so im extremely happy about that! Will definetly recommend to friends and family for their technological needs! Dont bring anything here to get fixed, their repairs do not last long. I brought my PS4 here to get my HDMI fixed, One year later the HDMI is once again broken. I brought my PS4 back to this location only to be told Id have to pay full price. This is horrible customer service and will be telling everyone not to bring their devices to this store. I recommend anyone reading this review to not make the same mistake I did.Edit 1: A measly 20% off on a repair you supposedly fixed isnt going to entice anyone to return back to your store. This isnt a broken screen caused by user error. This is a PS4 that sits at a desk all day and you wont take responsibility for your poor attention to detail when your company repaired my device. I paid the full price for the repair and expected a repair that wouldve lasted as long as the factory. Please tell me, how my PS4 went 8 years with out HDMI issues but couldnt go more than 1 year with your repair? Threats? You mean leaving bad reviews on your platforms and warning others to not take their broken devices to your store because you have poor craftsmanship and no moral values? You continue to lie in this review to save face, its not fooling anyone.

Sadly, this place didnt deliver to the level that the other reviews eluded to. I brought a Pixel 2 XL here for a screen repair on a cracked screen. The phone was only 12 days old. When dropping off the phone I was immediately weirded out after seeing the level of damage that was reported. According to this company, a 12 day old device had scratches in more than 5 areas. The device was visually perfect other than the screen.The screen repair was complete and I picked up my device. I told the team I trusted them when I picked it up. After booting up the device, I noticed there was something putting pressure on the screen from below. This was certainly not there prior to the screen repair. And, obvious enough that anyone who turned the device on would have noticed it. After a few hours went by, the pressure turned into an area of broken pixels in the screen. For a company certified to perform Google device repairs, Im less than impressed. At this point Id rather go to another company, or do it myself, since they cannot replace the screen without creating more imperfections. Ive given the company an opportunity to refund for the repair, which they have declined. They have put the blame on Google even though this is obviously the fault of repair.**UPDATE**Disappointed with the response to my review. Clearly they are trying to put the blame on me as to why my screen had an imperfection. I have timestamped photos to prove that this was due to their repair! This company is an absolute joke. They even told me to bring it in for them to replace the screen. I declined. Spend your money elsewhere.

When I went in to get my iphone charging port fixed, Matt helped me with great care and utmost professionalism. Rather than offering expensive services and products, he cleaned the port for free and my problems were fixed very quickly. I highly recommend this place!

My iPhone would not call or receive and no service. Our service provider could not figure it out and we couldn’t power down the device. Chris at ubreakifix was great. Told me what he would try and what I might have to do if that didn’t work. What he tried did work and was all done in less than 10 minutes. Asked what I owed and he replied it wasn’t broke, so I didn’t fix it, no charge! Nice clean store and friendly. I would certainly use them again.

I have a Google Pixel phone that is under warranty and having battery problems. Google tech support sent me to this store to perform the warranty work on my Pixel. I called them to find out how long the repair usually takes so that I could make arrangements for another phone if it was going to take very long. I use this phone for my business, so I cant be without a working phone for very long. I was told that the battery was in stock and could be replaced in 3-4 hours. When I dropped off the phone, the guy at the counter again told me that it would be fixed in 3-4 hours, but if something came up that caused a delay, he would definitely give us a call and let us know. They close at 5 on Sundays and I dropped it off at 12:30.At 4:50 we still hadnt heard anything, so I called to check on it. I was told that because it was their short day, they hadnt gotten to it yet, but it would be done first thing Monday for sure. At 1:30 on Monday, still no call, so again I tried calling. The first 3 times I called, it went to voicemail but the mail box was full, so I couldnt leave a message. The next few times I called, it rang busy. I finally got in touch with someone, who told me that it would not be ready for about 48 hours.I would have been fine with 24-48 hours if I had been told that up front. I could have made other arrangements for a phone.

I was extremely impressed by the service I received at uBreakiFix. I was originally turned away from Best Buy, but they recommended uBreakiFix and I could not be happier to find this gem! Every employee I spoke to was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I was originally quoted almost $600 to the LCD light/screen in my MacBook screen fixed by another company. uBreakiFix took one look during the free diagnosis and informed me that cord for the LCD light was just loose and that I did not have to replace my entire screen it was just one cord and was only $20 to fix. I am so happy I found this place and I will take all my broken electronics to them!

(Friday, December 18, 2020) This place is great. It was empty when I came in, and no sooner than I walked up to the counter someone came out from the back of the shop. I brought my phone in and described my problem. I assumed I would need parts replaced but that wasnt the case. Devin had the solution for my problem immediately. He is very helpful, very knowledgeable, very funny, very polite, very enthusiastic, and I cant say enough good things about his attitude and the the service I received. I am not particularly savvy when it comes to technology, especially phones, and so I was worried about being sold things I really dont need. He could have easily oversold me but instead he took care of my issue in a few minutes for free (a port cleaning). I asked about things/services (ie battery replacement, charging port replacement) that I may need and the future and he had the information right away. I will be returning in the future for any other of my electronic needs. Its a great location and customer oriented. There was a Pixar movie playing in the lobby when I came in, so if you have kids theyll be distracted while these very professional folks take good care of you. Definitely check this place out if you need the help they provide.

So, regardless of the outcome, at least I would know what was going on without having to pay money in advance.I could then factor this into any cost of repairing it and if I should just get a new laptop.They have good hours, reliable service and Matthew did an excellent job with communicating to me.And because this was all done during the pandemic crisis, they were also very safe and kept all surfaces clean.I recommend [uBreakiFix] for your computer repairs (especially if you own an HP).

Brought my Nintendo Switch in which was having issues with the SD card reader. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. At first they thought it was my SD card slot and after calling me to approve the replacement they found out it was a software issue. They factory reset my Switch to fix the problem and at no charge to me for the fix and the other diagnosis. Can’t thank these guys enough, really felt treated fairly and felt like they had my best interest at heart. Special shout out to Mathew and Chris for their amazing work!

Brought my Pixel 3 in for a boot loop issue caused by a faulty power button. I was a walk-in with no appointment, but they were able to right away give me a quote for potential repair costs depending on what they found during their inspection and an estimate for how long it would take, the same day. Turns out a good cleaning of the area inside the phone was all they needed to do in my case for the phone to function normally again, which they provided at no charge. Definitely will be taking my phone back here if this or any other problem occurs due to the quality of service and the fact that theyre an authorized Google Service Center.

Closed a car hood on my pixel 3a xl (stupid I know). Brought it in and Devin was super easy going and knowledgeable about fixing it. The parts were in stock and it was repaired in 2 hours. The process was really painless and although I hope I dont break my phone again, Ill be back for future issues l.

The company name should be We break it you fix it. A simple screen repair forced us to purchase a new phone. The technician, who came to our home, took the phone to his vehicle and 30 minutes later returned with the phone and new screen. The phone doesnt work; he apparently ran a test on the phone, which caused the phone to lock up. We contacted his supervisor who said he never heard of the tech. Longer story shorter (5 hours later trying to repair the phone) we tried to repair through Apple and Verizon, who could not remedy the issue. We were forced to purchase a new phone. We later learned the company runs a software test through our insurance company, Assurion, which causes the issue. I strongly suggest this company provide a disclosure of the risk when servicing a phone. If we would had known of the risk we would not have had the phone serviced. It was not worth 5 hours of our time, $29.00 fee for the screen replacement, and $160.00 for a new phone.

Not only did he fix my phone, but he was sincerely charming, humbly informative, and he went above and beyond by staying after the store closed so that I didnt have to be without my phone. Real sad I didn’t get to ask the lad’s name but he was really awesome, not sure if he was also the one who did the repairs but kudos either way you guys brought my phone back to life after being ran over by a car.Friendly staff and the repairs are great too the parts they ordered took a week but the labor only took an afternoon!!! Only complaint would be that the replacement screen isn’t flush? There’s a gap in between it and the frame which makes a clicking noise. If I can come back to have that done please let me know.

I waked in with my phone to get some additional memory. The technician didnt have it in stock, as its an older phone, but he recommend what he likes for his phone as reliable and told me where to get it. He gave me a tool to install it, and offered to help me set it up if I had any problems.
