My daughters iphone 5 was hurting for a new battery. The battery actually swelled and caused the screen to separate from the body of the phone. Repair Lounge had the battery in stock and was able to do a battery swap in 20 minutes. Im definitely trusting Repair Lounge will all my future repairs. They saved the day, only costing me $52.

Ive brought my, and my familys (kids, multiple broken screens) broken equipment to this shop since my iPhone 6 Plus. This is nothing like the mall kiosks you see. This shop is legit, reputable, and does a great job on repairs. I will not take my devices to any other shop. Brought my iPhone in for repair yesterday. I was nervous because I shattered my screen pretty good and was unable to unlock the phone. Like a typical guy I hadn’t backed up my iCloud and I was a wreck thinking I may have lost forever the texts, photos and videos on my phone that were of my late wife who passed away last year. Erin and Christian were able to fix my screen as well as my 18 yo sons screen on his old phone that has thousands of photos on he wanted to keep. They were personable, professional and fixed both phone screens in under an hour.I would definitely recommend Repair Lounge. Go to the pros like these guys and not some kiosk at a mall!! Will definitely use again if I need to. Sure as heck hope I don’t but feel better knowing there’s a legit place to take them!!

About 4 months ago I got my iPhone XR screen replaced. They also sold me a $40 case and ensured that it was damage proof. After 4 months of normal wear and tear there are now lines in my screen even though I have kept the case on the entire time. I have not once severely damaged my phone. I have had small drops here and there off of my bed, but with a case like this it should definitely not be this damaged. I called and they wanted to charge me the full price to repair it.

I originally thought they did a great job. 3 or 4 days after i got my phone fixed the screen cracked again from the smallest fall. Even before the screen was moving. I called and they stated that I would have to pay for it again to be fixed. Based on the install I would say it was not a good install ergo the cracked screen. This is how not to do business.

After going to a Sprint store to see if they could clean out my ear piece since I was having trouble hearing out of it, they were no help and Repair Lounge cleaned it out in seconds at no charge. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and we were overly impressed. As we were talking, we figured out they could help us out with a few things regarding our Mac Book laptops. After a few calls with the Owner, he was beaming with excitement to help us. Its obvious that he has a true passion with what he does. We will be bringing back our electronics and will report back with hopefully another great experience!

I dropped my iPhone and it went dead. I brought it into the Repair Lounge and after a quick evaluation they fixed my iPhone and I was on my way. I was VERY happy with their knowledge, customer service, and professionalism.

This place provides great service. I walked in to get my cracked screen replaced and it was done within 20 minutes. They have a nice lounge area for you to sit at while you wait. The price was very reasonable they did not try to sneak in any fees or up selling. If I ever have a cracked screen again I’ll be going here.

I had Ipad 6 screen replaced. The quality of screen they used was very poor.-Cracked the first week without being dropped and with an Otter box on.-Has screen distortion,-Locked screen color is blueish color instead of black.I went the week after purchase to address problems. The owner denied responsibility. Offered to sell me new one for small discount.

I cant praise this cell & computer repair shop enough. They also build computers to buyers specs too. So heres my story: I dropped off my broken screen cell that uBreakiFix couldnt work on in the afternoon. They had it fixed and ready for me by 3 the next day. That included the time needed to overnight order the odd screen my cells equipped with. I didnt mind a bit paying for the overnight shipping when theyre so fast in doing excellent work. You can expect a fair repair price and excellent work here. For me, Im not going anywhere else for repairs in north San Diego County from now on.

Best experience ever. Apple was going to replace my daughters recalled battery for $29. Not only did I have to wait a month for Apple to get the battery in but when they finally did, they said that they could only replace the battery if I bought another screen as there was a little crack in the screen. For another $130!I called up repair lounge and Chris had a battery in stock and was able to replace it without me having to purchase another screen. And they matched the price for Apple’s battery. In and out for $29 :-) thanks Chris !!!!

Took my phone in for a simple charging jack repair and ended up with problems until my phone ended up not working at all. Such a disappointment because I heard nothing but good things about this place before I went in. I really wish I would’ve just bought a wireless charger rather than taking it here. Great customer service though. Can’t complain about that.

Fraudulent Advertisement!My mother went to have her iPhone 7 screen replaced at Repair Lounge in San Marcos and was told that they have Original Apple screens that will NOT void her warranty if she ever needed to use it.A few days later her home button stopped working so not knowing that this may be related to the screen replacement she went into the Apple Store. They took a look at her phone and turned her away because there was an aftermarket screen installed, which has now voided her warranty!Im enraged over a company who claims to have Integrity (written on there wall when you walk in) yet will deceive customers that they have Original Apple screens that will keep them in warranty.Unfortunately, now my mom is in a bad position and we are unable to do anything about it.I have done some further investigation and I wish my mother had come to me first before trusting this place. It takes minutes to find out that only Apple Store themselves, selected Best Buys, and Simply Mac can offer Apple parts.I hope that other people read this and hopefully educate themselves before falling into there scam.This store disgusts me.

My phone is an integral part of my business so when I smashed the screen, I needed a repair done quickly. I left it with the guys at the Repair Lounge and had a new screen within the hour. My camera lens cracked and I couldnt take pictures. They replace the lens and everything works good and and the price was very fair. I would definitely use Repair Lounge again for my phone repairs.

After 4.5 hours at an Apple Store, 2 hours with a Verizon Tech and each location/option telling us the motherboard on my phone was fried and it would never turn on again.. Which for me would cost me 1.5 years of lost baby photos, family videos, work documents, etc. (yes, guilty me hadnt backed up my cloud in forever). Erin and his team within the first 20 seconds of handing over my phone they took it a part, had it on and working. They uploaded my entire memory to my cloud (which took over 6 hours of their unplanned time), and had my phone working at a minimal cost of 30 bucks. Not to mention their superb service and their hospitality with my 2 toddlers running a muck of their store. Thank you everyone at Cell Phone Repair, your work has relieved so much stress and are truly impressive individuals. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO HERE!! (avoid the apple store appointment waits that serve nothing and the Verizon employees only telling you your equipment is a wash just to upgrade and buy more products).

The owner was very accommodating he stayed open... it was 5 minutes before closing..... to help me with my broken screen that I had just broken. They waited for me and fixed it and it took a very little time so I was glad to have it fixed and on my way in a short period of time.They’re great, i’ll definitely recommend them to everyone I know that needs their service !!!

My iPhone had problem after I had battery change by Apple. But Apple didn’t take time to fix my problem. Then my husband took my phone to Repair Lounge since they replaced my screen a few months ago. They took only 15 min and totally fix the problem that we had. No charge.Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, affordable. Don’t bother going anywhere else.

I purchased screen protector for my samsung S8. I broke after only 1 week. They said they do not warranty what they sell. And they are the one who installed it for me. I guess $25 means more to them than customer loyalty. So sad when there is so much competition in their field. I do not recommend this place.

I was so disappointed when I dropped my phone on the cement, and discovered my screen was shattered. It was on a Sunday, and I didn’t have a lot of options. I found the Repair Lounge on Yelp. They took care of my screen while I waited. They are outstanding, and stand behind their work. My home button was unresponsive, I went back to the Repair Lounge and they fixed it at no charge. In retrospect, I don’t believe the home button was related to the screen repair.....but, they worked on it anyway! I would highly recommend the Repair Lounge, they provided me with amazing service!

Their location and store are convenient and a nice place to hang out when we’re waiting for work to be done. The staff is also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding service! My wife was in Washington DC for the 8th grade week trip and dropped her iphone 6s cracking the screen. Gets back to San Diego not a happy camper. So the day she gets back she mentioned to me her students had gone to this place for their phone repairs and were very happy. Called at 2pm for appointment and my wife had her phone fixed with new screen by 7pm. Repair took 20 minutes once she was there. Paid 35% less than Apple Store prices. Couldnt be happier.
