Ive been coming to Top Tier since they opened up and they have top flight barbers. This is the type of place where you can come in and know that no matter which barber give you a cut, youll be looking good. The atmosphere is great, the shop is always clean and now that theyre on the Cut App, you can come in knowing that your appointments will save you from long wait times. Rey and Rob are masters of their craft and no need to look any further!

It came out absolutely perfect the way I wanted, I told him the idea I wanted and he hit the nail right on the head. His skills are a level of perfection. Himself very nice and payed by easy to talk to sort of man. Matches the vibe you put out. Overall will be coming back every time.

Dropped off my car at the tire shop and had some time to kill. Needed an undercut cleaned up as my prior barber moved out of state. Rob was closing up and done for the day. He graciously took me in when he realized what I needed. I expected a quick job so he could get out. Not only did he not rush, but I got a shoulder massage at the end and time given to any detail . As a female walking into a barber shop it can be a bit much sometimes. Not here. The professionalism makes anyone comfortable. Thank you Rob for taking great care of me. Found my new shop for sure!

I was in town visiting for a wedding and needed a last min cut and beard trim, Rey took care of me and made sure I looked good for the wedding tonight. Super clean and professional place with legit barbers. He took the time to ask what how I wanted my hair cut and how to trim/shape my beard! Will def be my spot when I’m in town again!

Walked in with my son. It was my first time in. They were busy. Told me it would be a wait, offered me water and a beer. My son and I played poolroom kill time and DRO updated me frequently when I was up. Got a hot towel shave and he cleaned me up. Incredible experience. Def will be back!

Cant tell you how grateful I am that my man found a real barber shop! The first time he got a cut by Rey it was a noticeable difference. He used to go to those chain places, which were ok but the experience he had was totally different. He came home and said what a great vibe the shop had and the attention to detail was incredible. Something the (chain place)didnt have.

Im writing this review after having just had my third haircut at Top Tier and want to express my extreme gratitude and support for Rey and Dro and the fantastic job theyre doing here. The vibe of the place is extremely chill and the quality of the work is second to none. Ive bounced around to a few different shops in relation to where Ive lived but at Top Tier you cant really beat the convenience of access right off the freeway with plenty of parking available.The haircuts themselves have always been excellent and are exactly what I asked for and what I had in mind going in. The other amenities such as a pool table and a self-serve coffee machine are also nice to have. Rey and Dro are easy-going and fun to talk to, and sometimes Im laughing so much Im worried Im going to accidentally move my head too much and mess up the cut! But theyre professionals at what they do, and last time I was in there they were giving water to the building steward picking up around the different suites in the center unprompted which he graciously accepted. Which goes to show that yeah its a place of business but its also a place where one can feel at ease, relaxed and just enjoy the laid-back atmosphere while getting a cut. The kind of spot where youd just want to hang out and kick it at.

Ive been to a few different barbers that admit that my hair is hard to cut, but since my first visit here my mid-skin fade has been clean. These guys take pride in what they do and it shows by the work they perform on each individual going out their door.

If you are in the north county area and looking for a new barbershop. Look no further. They are located right on sanmarcos Blvd right off the 78.These guys just opened but are not new to this. The atmosphere was great more like a lounge. I was greated immediately, offered a cold beverage the wait wasnt bad. They have a pool table and tvs in case you have to wait or just want to hang out. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone to check out this shop.Dro cut my hair and and did a awesome job on my waves. Thanks again guys!

Overpriced and not good enough, I didnt like my hair cut, the minimum haircut is 20$+1$ if you pay by card, they take very long time, i had to wait for one hour to finish one customer ahead of me and they took one more hour to finish me, not recommend.

Rey is the man if you want that extra freshie!
