If I want an insurance policy Ill get it myself constantly calling me harassing me about can get the company in trouble.Tried to scam me out of $265. I told them I had already paid for the month of October when I called them about a payment. They tried to make me pay for October and November.They call me back 30 minutes later telling me I made a payment for October they knew they couldnt get over on me. Falsely accusing of me not paying something makes me mad and on top of that I had to yell at them to stop harassing me about getting life insurance policy. Today was the day to renew no thank you I got a different insurance company. Glad I have geico my payments stay the same, they dont falsely accuse me about not making a payment and they dont harass me about life insurance policy

Been with this agent for a decent while, had no complaints until recently. They started not answering the phone, they called me notifying me that I had to pay twice what I normally pay and attributed it to a deposit since Im not auto drafting. But the day I opened the account I made a double payment for exactly that reason the agent informed me it was to cover a month in case I couldnt. I cited my payments, they said theyd call me back the next day after investigating where this payment was coming from. Two days later they call confirming I had to make a deposit and now my payment mysteriously went up, not by much just a few bucks but still. No thanks, Ill go with another insurance agency, even if I have to pay slightly more. Thank you for teaching me the valuable lesson of not trusting and saving all my receipts. If this is their new business model then I would recommend another company to any new potential customer. If you do go with them then I suggest saving everything so you dont go through what I did.

Extremely shady insurance company. For some reason or another, my billl was always increasing. They signed me up for coverage I said I didnt want without my knowledge. Didnt even tell me until I wanted to cancel. Dont trust this company.

Not very informative when explaining the policy coverage. Slow response on when making accidental claims very poor service unnecessary coverage fees.

Not USAA good, but they actually did come give me a ride when my car was out for the count. Overall great customer service from my experience.

Ortila needs to be fired every month she makes mistakes. She gets credit card mixed up and wrong numbers.And wont even understand the process of fileing the payment she doesnt know what shes doing.fired her .shes needs to be gone fired .
