JC is always available by email or phone. She takes pride in the community and always kind. Maintenance is always prompt and very professional and personable. It’s always clean and I feel safe and happy here. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The only negative is from pet owners who don’t pick up after their dogs and leave it to management and team to pick it up. There are pet stations with free bags so stop that. There are kids and other pets playing and they shouldn’t have to worry about catching any disease or stepping in it.

What can I say other then I love this place ! J.C is a amazing property manager who actually cares about the people who live in the complex. I also love how the maintenance staff continuously keeps the apartment complex clean making it feel like home. Im very appreciative of the staff here for all that they do and for making me happy to live here.

What an amazing place! JC has been so Wonderful to deal with no complaints what sooo ever! She has been super helpful and accommodating since I moved in a year ago and have not had any problems since being here and glad I chose to live at this amazing complex.

Very thin walls. I can hear neighbors conversations. Overly involved management staff with unparalleled poor communication. Lots of information that is not shared with you about the complex until after the lease is signed.Lease states, no guests at the pool, no nails in the wall at all, nothing allowed on the patio, no guests may bring animals. So when my mother visits she is not allowed to bring her service dog according to the lease.Water bill is split between all apartments - you pay the same amount in water as a single person as a family of 4 who uses 4x the water you do and causes you to have an extremely high bill.I wish I would have looked at the reviews before signing.Lastly, after reviewing the options for my lease renewal that they provided I gave my decision to go month to month. After which they emailed me and said I could only go month to month for three months. Who gives this information after you make a decision on the lease?

I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT FOR 10 MONTHS NOW, JOSIE WAS GREAT BUT NOW THE NEW STAFF IS VERY UNRELIABLE AND NEVER THERE. IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT FOR RESIDENTS. THERE IS A REASON WHY THERE IS OFFICE HOURS. I HAVE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES IN A DAY TO SEE IF THEYRE FINALLY OPEN AND NO LUCK. PROPERTY MANAGER IS RUDE.

The management office has to be one of the worst offices I have ever encountered. They need new management staff and fire the staff there. Avoid this place if having communication is important for you.

Beautiful community, very nice people, very modern styled homes. I always liked San Marcos but this area definitely redefined the way I see the city.

The current management is inefficient and caused many misunderstandings. The moving out process was frustrating and I was a resident for almost 2 years. I miss Josie, she was much more efficient in handling matters. I am disappointed with the way I was treated despite staying there for a significant amount of time. I would advise people to stay here only if they can handle inefficient and rude management.

I was not able to receive my deposit, neither the documents. I have been reaching out to the office, but I have not heard from them.

I have been living here for almost a year i love Crest 850, manager, staff are very friendly, i do recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment in San Marcos to rent here, they are the best so far although the rate is a bit pricey, i like this place.
