5 stars for the customer service alone. My technician was extremely friendly and easy to chat with. The salon was a little warm but that was easily overlooked due to the superb service I received. My pedicure was amazing as well. I will return to this salon anytime Im in the area and in need of nail services.

Cleanest nail salon Ive ever seen! They follow all the COVID-19 safety guidelines & the decor is super cute/modern. The nail techs are professional & friendly. Their service and quality work provides a 5+ star experience. A must try if youre looking for a new/clean/professional nail salon (worth the drive!)

T-Nails San Luis Obis is such a cute salon, I love it! Its clean, well kept, organized and the staff are all so nice. Also they have a great color selection in all polishes - gel, regular and even the dip. I will definitely be back to try again!

Ive had a hard time finding a place I like for a pedicure ever since moving here. Id about given up as every place I tried,I did not like at all. Glad I decided to try this one last place because not only is it truely the last place Ill try, it is now the only place Ill go. I loved it and the people were great,I already cant wait till its time to go back.

I had a mani / pedi for my birthday recently and am so happy I came here! The place was really clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating, helping me make sure I made my dinner reservation on time. Great service and my nails/toes looked great! I came here with two friends to get nails done for our vacation. I really liked the pedicure services, it included parafin wax and a hot stone massage and my one friends gel manicure looked great. However my other friends acrylic nails started falling off after 4-5 days which was super disappointing especially considering how expensive acrylics are. Mine are still intact but I dont love the shape or length, my friend and I both had the same manicurist and she was clearly rushing for both of us so it was hard to communicate what I wanted. Maybe it was just an off day but still.

Even though it looked like there would be a wait (and I was in a hurry as I am always in a hurry) they immediately sat me in a chair and started my pedicure. She was very nice and made the perfect amount of small talk still leaving plenty of time to relax and be still and quiet. Lots of attention to detail and thorough.The atmosphere is lovely. Its got a lot of stations so they can clearly accommodate a crowd. It has a boutique feel while still maintaining the typical price point youd expect. The best place Ive been in San Luis Obispo, and Ive tried a LOT of these places. Very pleased.

I was in the area and needed a fill and polish to kill some time. Looked on google and found this nail salon. The photos showed great work so I figured Id give this place a try considering the reviews. I was especially interested in the chrome nails. Ive seen pictures at other salons and didnt feel that the quality was there.My technician was amazing. He is extremely detail oriented and gentle. These nails are flawless. He paid special attention to the sides where most dont get all of the polish on. Every nail is even, and cuticles are uniform.Although this place isnt close to my home, I plan on returning when its convenient.

I really like this place. It is my go-to nail salon for cleanliness and price. You can probably get a place that takes more time and does more artistic work, but they do a pretty good job honoring your creativity and you cant beat the price. There is always good parking and availability. I like manicurist. They are very meticulous and thorough!I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

Ive been here twice now, while traveling for work and staying at a hotel near by.This time I did not have an appointment, but they werent busy so I was helped immediately. Both times I have gotten a gel manicure and last time I also got a gel pedicure.Their service is wonderful! The amount of color selections is outstanding! One of the best places Ive been and the price is very reasonable.I would recommend to anyone in the area or visiting. I will certainly be back next time Im in town!

My mother in law and I went here for Mothers Day weekend and this is now my new nail place. I always get shellac on my nails and they do a great job with it and it looks amazing. They have great colors to choose from and the nail techs are very friendly. The deluxe pedicure is wonderful! They will do the normal stuff but they add the sugar scrub, wax and then some kind of minty paste that leaves your legs so soft.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The owner is the sweetest! Everytime I come here I am blown away by their customer service. The moment you step in the door every single person is in a good mood. The employees are all happy and even the other customers enjoy themselves. The atmosphere is perfect! I drive 30 minutes outside of where I live just to come here and Im surrounded by nail salons! Its worth the drive, trust me!!! My nails NEVER break or chip! Their pricing is great and their service is unbeatable.

This is the best nail salon, hands down. I am very particular about shaping, cleanliness and attention to detail and Chamin never ever fails to disappoint. My nails look absolutely PERFECT every time. Not a single hangnail, not a slanted shaped nail... I mean... what else can you ask for?? The price is very reasonable and my no-chip manicures last for 3 weeks and I do a LOT of dishes at home. A+! Love this place

Horrible took so long and kept me waiting and kept lying about how long they would be when they only had 2 customers and I called for an appointment 3 hours ahead of time . Will never I again and if you go make sure you have at least 4 hours to do nothing

Clean place of course and the nail techs get their training directly from the owner, so you can trust that your nails and toes will come out nice. I recommend this shop without even thinking twice to any and everyone I know if they ask me where to go. Just an overall nice place.

Great experience! I called right when they opened and asked for a noon appointment on a Monday. I just need a shellac manicure and they had me in and out in 30 minutes over my lunch break and the quality of their work did not suffer! Im very happy with my choice of going here.💐

Such a clean and inviting place, very big and open. Offered drinks right away, felt very welcome with my 1 year old and not a single person treated us like a burden. They used all brand new unopened tools for my pedicure, have a very good massage and sugar scrub, did and great job to paint them very well, and were just so friendly. I will be going there from now on!

I viewed a lot of nail stores before choosing this one. I didnt have time to go to my regular nail salons because that ones too far away. I brought pictures into the store and they helped with me. She is so nice and patient, and is very detailed to every one of my requests. After 3 hours of hard work, it finally comes out like this! Way exceed my expectations! I recently moved to the area, and cane in as a walk in. The service I received and the way I was treated definitely makes me want to come back! My nails look amazing! Though I didnt get anyones name it was an enjoyable service. I was laughing the whole time.. they are extremely polite and friendly. My service was not rushed and I left feeling great about the money spent. I will be back!

Ten stars. It was my first time at this establishment. Im very particular about my nails, which are always long. Sometimes you go to these Asian spots and they dont care how you say you want done to your nails, they rush thru the job and talk smack about you. Not this place. The girl did my nails and was very receptive to my nail requests. She was VERY sweet and friendly. The establishment was swept and clean. My nails turned out wonderful. They will be seeing me in two weeks for my filling.

One of the best places Ive been to in awhile.Ive been there twice now and left extremely pleased both times. Prior to finding this place I jumped around to numerous different nail salons and was never satisfied with the work that was done. I have gotten the dip powder in the past and it would crack and chip off within days so I just kept getting polish.I was suggested to get the dip powder the last time I went and it lasted the three weeks between appointments so I got it again this last time.I will 100% be back & refer my friends and family!!

I would frequent this salon as a regular if I lived here but alas was on a vacation! They did a perfect gel mani pedi all seated in the pedicure massage chair, which I always love because it feels like a royal treatment. They were attentive, friendly, and meticulous - and the spot was very clean and professionally kept. Everything you could want! If Im ever back, I wont look any further.

Ive gone to other places yet I keep coming back to San Luis Obispo!Why? Ive found that polish on toes will last for weeks with out so much as a chip.Proof again as I just returned from a 9 day vacation ...walking, walking, walking in open toe shoes and dry weather.... still perfect.That fact alone will keep me coming back before I try another place and get disappointed! The staff was so nice. A friend and I wanted to get our nails done together and made appts together but they had us seated on opposite sides of a wall. When we told them we wanted to sit together they made accommodations so that could happen. The salon was clean and I felt well taken care of. We both got dip mania and regular pedis. My manicure has held up very well and its been 2 weeks. Ill definitely be going back on a regular basis.

The price wasnt too bad more than I averagely pay but it is in San Luis Obispo. The technician for a job quickly and well done. Ill definitely be back.

I made a pedicure appointment for my husband - this was his first pedicure. When we arrived I said I wanted him to have the deluxe pedicure. Both ladies said sure and smiled. All I can say is he was rushed in and out of the chair in 30 minutes flat. He should have been charge less than the $27 pedicure fee! When I asked why he didnt receive the deluxe I asked for, I was told the woman didnt understand me. I call BS on that one. Their English is fine - they just give you what they have time for - and sure enough.....in walks another customer for her noon mani/pedi. Oh - so thats why they didnt understand me. They said next time he can have one. There will not be a next time there. Well try @nails instead of playing these games.

I am very happy with my experience at this nail salon! I was visiting from out of town and needed a mani-pedi and did a walk-in and even though they were pretty busy and everyone there had made appointments, they still managed to help me right away. I just got a French manicure and pink toenails but I think this is one of my favorite French manicures that I have ever gotten. I really like how my nails look and they managed to resolve some cuticle issues that I have been struggling with for a while.

Extremely clean and professional salon, my gel no-chip manicure was amazing. They offered me a beverage and allowed me to pick out my own scrub and lotion.

T-Nails has the nicest employees! I LOVE getting a pedi and a mani at the same time so I wasnt there for hours! They matched my SNS with regular polish perfectly! My nail shape is perfect and exactly what I asked for! I had a small ingrown toe nail and they handled it carefully and painlessly got it out.

T-Nails delivers great service, excellent mani pedis, and a luxury spa environment. This new location is especially clean and hygienic, as each pedicure is performed using a new individually wrapped packet of tools (foot buffer, nail file, buffing block).

This is the best nail salon in San Luis Obispo. When my girlfriends and I plan a mani/pedi date I ask them to come to my usual spot T-Nails because I cant fathom going elsewhere. I go to T-Nails to relax and get pampered. They spend a lot of time on detail and massages (foot, leg and hand), its almost like going to get a massage but you get your nails done too! The nail technicians are friendly and conversational but do not require you to talk to them. The do not talk to each other often and they always ask you if your comfortable. My gel mani lasts 3 weeks plus. My pedi lasts up to a month. Once they know you, they will accommodate you in any way possible. Love them!

I was here because my friend wanted to celebrate her birthday by getting the mani and pedi.Things are clean and its super cozy instead de. We were offered free beverage and OMG the rolling ball massage chair was awesome!Also, they have really good nail color selections as well. My friend couldnt decide which color to choose because of that!Overall, I will recommend the salon and will come back again!
