Took my 9 yr. Old in to get acrylics for her birthday. Her tech was amazing! He was so sweet to her, gave her a little extra attention to make her feel special

We went to visit my daughter. She booked the appointment on Wednesday for 2 gel manicures and a pedi on Sunday. The pedicure was awful. Tony basically changed my polish and put lotion on my legs for $35. He was rude, rough, and the pedicure was less than 12 minutes in total. My daughters had a better experience with their services but I was done before they ever started. I’m sure there are better nail salons in SLO!

5 of us went for Regular Pedicures, Pre paid they charged me for 3 regular pedicures, 2 Deluxe pedi, 2 gel toe polish, 2 kids polish, $300.00. Really got2 Deluxe pedicures with gel, 3 regular pedicures 2 kid polish, I clear coat nail polish (not gel).I tried to explain to the owner that it was 5 (pre arranged) regular pedicures & was quoted pedicures at $30 each! $170 total.No up charges allowed..The owner said 2 wanted deluxe pedicures, even though I have initially told the owner No Up charges allowed. So adding on the Deluxe with gel cost $60 extra each? Charged for gel nails but only got clear polish?No trying to discuss this They just want American money Pay me my Money.. Stay clear of this place.ALSOreselling Bath and Body Works products is illegal!Will not go back there they are completely scammers.

Went in for mani/pedi and asked the woman doing my nails three times for acrylic. Either she didn’t understand me or didn’t care and just painted my nails the same color as my toes, even though I said acrylic. She completed the mani/pedi even though it’s not what I asked for, and my polish had bubbles, bumps, and tiny fuzzy hairs from the towel she used that she didn’t bother to clean off. I felt like I was being ignored and rushed out the door. I had to come home and fix my own nails after paying good money to professionals, and honestly I did a better job myself.

Nail services were fantastic ! I got a gel Acrylics and a gel Pedicure . I really enjoyed it . Staff was friendly and welcoming .

During Covid, its been hard to find a place to get personal services done. I had to search the entire Central Coast over to find a new nail place.After a few unpleasant experiences at other salons, I discovered @Nails in San Luis Obispo at the Froom Ranch location.I cannot say enough good things about this place! It is clean and contemporary with a huge selection of colors and services. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable and the staff is friendly and inviting, as well.Speaking of which, Vince is amazing! He is so gentle and detail-oriented. He really is an artist. Everything he does is so precise and perfect. My manicures easily last a full 2 weeks, and Im very hard on my nails due to work.They also do a very good job with social distancing.If youre looking for a new nail salon, look no further and if you want your nails to look awesome every time, ask for Vince! :)

Made an appointment 3 days prior and they still couldn’t get to me till about 2 and a half hours later, was racially profile when I came back to complain, made a comment saying how my daughter looked like a “chola” with longer nails. Horrible service never coming back again.

Everyone there really cares that you have a relaxing time and enjoy your experience. They are always very professional but know how to have a good laugh and make the customers smile. I go for pedicures and acrylics! I always go to see Ivy for my nails she’s the sweetest and really cares about you getting exactly what you want. I recommend going there to all my friends, and to you reading this! Treat yourself at @nails :)

Excellent Covid-19 protections. Everyone washes their hands when entering, masks required, and great social distancing. Service was excellent like always.

Could’ve given myself a better pedicure at home. The lady rushed through the whole process and I don’t think the service she provided was worth $28. There’s nail polish on my skin and the polish is uneven where she did not separate my toes and it rubbed off then tried going over again. Thank god I’m only passing through but would not recommend!

This used to be a nice place to go but unfortunately within the last year I have been cut three times during a pedicure to the point where my toe was bleeding. This was with three separate technicians. My friend has also left there with sore nails after a manicure. I do not normally leave reviews (especially negative ones) but I feel like everyone should be aware.IMPORTANT NOTE: The @ Nails on Foothill Blvd is professional and gentle

It was just ok. I have plenty of manicures but, this was my first time getting my nails dipped. Pros: they were friendly. Offered beverages. Plenty of colors to choose from.Cons: Way too fast. Hurt when clipping my cuticles. Uneven nail paint on my thumb ( I didnt notice until I had gotten I my car).

I love @ nails!! I am always in shock at how long the manicures last!! I get the gel every time and I’m extremely satisfied at the end of every visit

The place was nice and clean. They were able to accommodate a group of 7 with a reservation. They even provided us with mimosas or champagne for each person getting a pedicure. I was happy with how my nails came out. Two people in our group ended up with small cuts on their fingers. Seemed good for big groups. Did not smell too strong nail products.

I got men both times for pedi. Kind of rough and no attention to detail. If you dont get a more expensive upgrade they kinda blow you off. I think they want to sell products. They are fast!

They do not take their time they rush for the price you have to pay. I i feel like they just want the money and then want you to leave. Wont ever go back!

Horrible experience! Going to a spa should NOT be painful!!!I got manicure and pedicure yesterday and still in pain from that experience. Lady kept digging into my nails with sharp tools.Please find another place to get nails done! Not here

They are ok. I got my nails painted unevenly and they would stare at you sometimes but most of them are very sweet.

I arrived for my appointment to discover that no one was available to do my pedicure. After waiting 15 mins they had no idea when anyone would be free. A walk in customer was told an hour. I chose to not wait.This is the second time this has happened. I understand accommodating walk-ins but do not have an appointment option if you cant guarantee no wait.

Got my nails done today with Ivy she did a wonderful job after getting them done somewhere else a couple days ago payed 80 in 1 week but must say she did a Great job very satisfied ❤

Ken is the best with acrylics! I always get compliments on my nails. Emma has the best pedicure massage!

Kevin was great at giving an amazing pedicure. Its a clean place and they offer free beverages as well. The only bummer was that the receptionist didnt speak English well. So, when my husband and I came for our appointments, he had to wait....she didnt understand that I made 2 appts for 2 people at 2:00.

Had my first pedicure experience ever here and it was nice. I have big feet and am a grown man but they handled everything very professionally. Felt nice, glad I gave it a try. Seemed very clean inside and lots of people working so there was no wait. I loved the National Geographic show playing on the big screen Hahah.

Unfortunately I wont go back to this nail salon. The guy that did my manicure & pedicure (Kenny) was not careful, did not give me a quality job. I had him redo some things, but still I have blotches and uneven lines on my French manicure, and the pedi does not go to the cuticle on some nails, so it looks like its already grown out, but its brand new. My daughter got the wrong color put onto her manicure. I showed the flaws to the cashier woman, and she did not respond. Asked her if I could tip specific amounts for employees using my cc, but she said it will be distributed evenly. Very weak customer service, and poor quality job.

Great place. Excellent work. Would definitely go back.

Well dont make an appointment because They certainly will NOT honor it. They are rude and unprofessional. Despite doing decent work. They will treat you like cattle if thats what youre looking for otherwise go somewhere else. My wife is upset and Im pissed, several times treated similarly.

I get my nails filled and gel nail once a month! I have always has great experiences! Dan is my favorite! I have an appointment in less than 2 hours! I also love Henry and Tiffany! I have never had a bad mani or pedi! Plus free mimosas!

A great pedicure experience with most of the manicurists but occasionally get one who takes short cuts with less than good results

Literally don’t even bother making an appointment. You arrive and they have nothing ready and make you sit in the waiting room for 20mins to a whole hour!!! Some of them are gentle with your nails and are very nice. But some of them are so harsh on your nails. One time a lady made me bleed and a second time another lady ripped of a huge piece of my big toe nail and it was bleeding a lot. The only thing she did to fix it was put glue on top. Other than that I’d say their work is pretty decent.

Mani/pedi done. Lotion only applied to arms and legs, not any to hands and feet. No massage. Polish started coming off that evening! Very disappointed. Will not be back

I liked the pedicure but they dont use gel, its just regular nail polish, and the design that I wanted they couldnt do it either.

I love this nail salon. I drive 60 miles one-way to get my pink-white backfills every 2 weeks along with a nice spa pedicure. My nails have never looked so good. I cant find anyone local that even knows how to do a pink-white backfill. They simply want to replace your acrylics. Thats not what I want. And I dont want the simple fill because they never look as good as new. The pink-white backfill at @nails is beautiful. They look better than when they were new. Ive had 2 separate nail techs and they have both done a great job. Only wish I could find something as nice closer to home.

I thought that I would get a wonderful beautiful pedicure for the price that I paid $45 for the lavender exfoliation on my legs and feet I bought OPI nail polish that was $10 I paid extra because I wanted extra foot massage that was a dollar per minute so a total of $10 so I ended up walking out paying $60 and I got home and my toe nails were jacket I had to file them and the bottoms of my feet are still a little roughI am going back tomorrow to let them feel the bottoms of my feet for the price that I paid I thought that I would have a wonderful beautiful pedicure so yes I am disappointed because I have to go back and they have to smooth the bottoms of my feet right but other than that the girls were all nice and pleasant and spoke a little English

Today I had the most painful pedicure here. I wont be back.

I got acrylics (square shaped) with pink gel polish. The paint job was really bad and was clumpy in random areas. The cuticals also looked really bad. It cost 50$.

Hit and miss on quality services, and expensive.

I came out with cuts and fear of an infection or fungus. The entire place was dirty, the girl pulled my cuticles until they bled, I told her to not do anymore and to just proceed with the paint. I had a coupon and paid the minimum. I am ashamed that I even did that. Terrible terrible!
