Alex is a great young and honest entrepreneur. I was traveling out of town and he replaced my iPhone 11 screen in 20 minutes flat! We had a small technical issue with the camera, he went above and beyond in addressing it and making sure I was happy! I would highly recommend Alex and SLO Phone repair. The history of the company is a great story to boot!

I came to SLO Phone repair with a shattered iPhone XR. The back glass of my phone was cracked and so was the back facing camera. While the back glass was unable to be repaired, which I assume is due to structural difficulties, the camera was fixed to be brand new. Where my phone used to take blurry, dirty photos it now takes crystal clear pictures. I finally dont have to be embarrassed to use my camera! If you have a problem with your phone, especially if the apple store says they cant fix it, come here. Will be cheaper and same level of quality.

Alex was super friendly and had my screen in stock. It was also super cheap compared to most repair shops! I would highly recommend SLO phone repair for anyone needing repairs

House was a little thrashed but the guy was super nice and did great work for a reasonable price.

My call was answered immediately, appointment set up within the hour, phone repaired in 40 minutes. Doesnt get much better than that. Prices are reasonable, and service is 10/10

When you come here definitely ask for Alex. His work is incredibly fast and efficient. I was able to get my phone repaired in around 30 minutes. I didnt even have enough time to grab some quick Popeyes before my phone was ready. Talk about speedy!

I broke the glass on my 6+ and they came to my work replaced the screen in about 1/2 hour. Simple and smooth with awesome customer service. I willl be back but hopefully not to soon 😉

I have been going to SLO iPhone repair for the past 3 years and I have zero complaints! Arya is always able to take me in right away and fix my phone no problem. So far I have had them change my screen 3 or 4 times and my battery replaced. It is always for a reasonable price and they provide great service! Super nice guy :)

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Phone was fixed while I waited. Arya is a super friendly guy and really knows his stuff. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again. I give 4/5 since the business is run out of an apartment and communication is somewhat limited to student hours as opposed to a retail location.

Ran out of an apartment and by appointment (college student). If youre cool with that, you can schedule a time and have a quick repair done on the spot. Knowledgeable enough to repair my iphone 5 in 20 minutes while I waited in the car, and for a fair price.

Broke my screen in the late evening. They were able to set up a time early next day. And they were super fast when I got there. This business is awesome!

I dropped my iPhone on concrete and was missing chunks of glass, so I needed it fixed quickly. Arya was the only one able to fit me in next day. He was very fast and professional and got my phone looking beautiful right away. As others mentioned, this isnt a retail location so be forewarned, but that certainly doesnt take away from quality. I would recommend Arya to any of my friends or family.

I texted him for a quote on replacing my charging report since my phone wasnt charging and instead of making me come to him and pay for a repair, he helped me troubleshoot why my phone wasnt charging for free. It ended up being a really simple fix. Rather than make me come to him and pay for something that took literally 2 minutes to fix he helped me for free over the phone. The world needs more people like this guy.

Kind of a joke. The apple store offers the same service, professionally done and insured, for the exact same price ($100). I called looking for a cheaper option for my IPhone 6 and this was not it. Save yourself the trouble, repair it at the apple store.

I have been in to see Arya twice this week, once on Monday around 7:30 PM and then again yesterday at 4:30 PM.The first time he saw me was fine. I got the screen on my iPhone 6s replaced. However, afterwards I noticed that the display was significantly darker than it had been before. For instance, I have read whole books with the display on the darkest setting, but now it was almost black when I turned it all the way down. I travel frequently and need to use my GPS for extended periods of time, and now I was having a hard time seeing the screen while driving, even with the brightness turned all the way up. The phone is only a few months old and had never done this before.I messaged the Facebook the next day explaining the issue and was told, Yeah we can it fixed for you. Come by tomorrow and I gotchu. I asked if 4:30 would work and was told yes.I showed up at 4:30 and he was fixing someone elses phone. He didnt seem to know who I was or why I was there. Once the other customer had left, he began to explain all the reasons why it wasnt his fault and he probably couldnt help me. Fine - but why did I need to come back over for him to just tell me that? He turned the brightness all the way down on my phone and on his phone and then asked me if I thought there was a difference. I said yes, mine looked darker. He kept going back and forth between agreeing that my phone screen was dark and then telling me that it looked normal to him. He kept asking me, But is it bright enough? I kept explaining no, that I need to be able to see the GPS when I travel.Then he decided to take the screen off and put a new one on. But a girl, who was laying on the floor of the room the entire time I was there, kept interrupting to ask him for the answers to a homework assignment. He also kept stopping to text or talk to random people who walked into the room. He then asked me if I could come back later because he had plans to go meet a friend and finishing the screen was going to take 20 minutes. Why did he make an appointment with me if he didnt have time?I said no, I couldnt come back later. He put on a new screen and asked me to check it. I asked if I could compare it to his phone again and he said no because his phone was an iPhone 7 so it was different. I asked him why he had compared the two phones together a few minutes earlier then and he replied that the iPhone 7 was better so the screen was brighter. The display on my phone still looked dark to me, but I was uncomfortable and just wanted to leave asap. So I told him that I couldnt tell and to just put the old screen back on (the new screen he had put on had a large scratch down the middle).He got visibly irritated but started to put the old screen back on. While he was working on it, he kept stopping to tell me weird, rambling rants like how he wouldnt settle for less than 90k for his first job out of college and asked me if I thought it was weird that everyone lies but [he] never lies. He brought up an obscure part of my work history that I definitely didnt tell him about (I only worked there a few weeks). He told me that his friend had seen me on the way out the last time I had came and said that they had worked with me at that job. I asked him the name of the friend and he mumbled that he didnt know.I didnt leave a bad review because he may have messed up my phone - I figure thats the risk you take when you go to a college kid working out of a residence in what appears to be an unlicensed business. I left the review because I felt morally obligated to prevent others from having this experience. You probably wont be able to see the Facebook messages because I blocked the page. It creeped me out when Arya brought up my past job and he seemed so unstable that I expected him to lash out when I left the review.Hope this clears things up.
