San Luis Avionics did an upgrade to my Piper Archer panel, adding two GI 275s, GTN 650xi, GFC 500 autopilot, and some other upgrades. Don provided information and some great advice before the install. He quoted a price and came in at that price. The work John did was better than expected. He used great skill and judgement in locating the perfect spot to install some of the extras needed, such as the Go Around button. Nice work!

My Panel Upgrade was Painless!I have a 1997 T210M with all original gauges and some LORAN/GPS equipment that was not serviceable. Decided to do the complete NAV/COM GARMIN upgrade, at the same time as my ADS-B was installed. It has now been 10 months since install, and I am very happy with my new panel.From bid to delivery, Don and his crew were super professional and did it right the first time. I did not have a single squawk. The airplane was done when it is was estimated to be completed. The estimate was exactly the price I paid. I could not be happier. From the struggles my friends have had with other avionics shops, I know San Luis Avionics stands out for their performance, technicals and customer satisfaction.

Worst customer service experience ever. Dropped off a King comm radio KY 197 for repair, had the same brand and model repaired by them in the past. Called them a week after dropping it off and was told the owner/technician was away at training and would work on it when he got back. Two weeks later I called to inquire and owner told me he could not get parts for it. When I showed up to pick up the radio he said his bench repair technician quit. I asked him why he did not call me to come and pick it up and he said I am busy. So now I have a radio down for three weeks and still not repaired. I think we should all do this business a favor and start taking our business elsewhere to give him some extra time to provide service to his customers. I suppose he get one start because he did tell me to have a nice day as I was walking out the door.
