Amazing experience buying my car with Ammen! However the young lady at the service desk named Ariana had a bad attitude while helping me when I brought my car in for an oil change. Date of 2-17-2021I took my 2003 Honda in for servicing, mainly to examine my dash indicator lights. I had several of the icons to the right side of the panel that would light up and stay on while I was driving. It was not consistent in which icon would stay lit. Some would light up, then go off.The car remained operational but still I had concerns and called Sunset Honda Service Center. They set me up quickly for an appointment time to bring my car in for them to run some checks on my Honda.They did a great service in diagnosing my dash and advising me of options. They are conscientious about your budget as well.I would like to say that the people at Sunset Honda are kind, responsive, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They gave me good information and answered all my questions efficiently. I was very pleased with their wonderful help and service.Many thanks to you all at Sunset Honda!

For the service department; Screwed up my serviceCharged me a shipping fee for a part they didnt have in stock ($65!!)Charged me for diagnostic ($165!!) even though I had the work completed there. When I said something about it she said they don’t usually credit it to the service but she would. (I’ve been to many Honda dealers and that’s a first). She then proceeded to tell me she credited it back but my total was exactly the same. They padded other charges and then reflected back an equal credit.Said they put recommended service on my receipt TWICE and they did not at all even after I asked for it.They dont itemize your quote so they can game your total in the end.Get your Honda serviced somewhere else. This place is exploitative. And apparently my review is being repressed favoring the 5 star ones. No surprise there.

The purchase of are SUV was fine then they kept the SUV over for detailing that was great The day after we picked up are car the windshield cracked. I felt they must of dropped something on the high left hand corner then put the service sticker on it so it was not noticeable. Call the salesmen and he asked to send pictures,so we did. Then we went back in to see what could be done. The salesman looked at it then went and talked to service then basically said sorry No one else looked at the damage or have even call. Very poor service after the fact. I guess once they get the cash your on your own. We are very disappointed in the way they handled the matter

After I dropped off my vehicle I called Erik my service manager and asked if I could also have the oil changed. He was super accommodating and had it done. The navigation dvd on our 2009 Honda Odyssey was damage by someone vacuuming the vehicle. I went to Sunset Honda. They removed the unit and had it repaired. Then the reinstalled the unit and reprogramed it. Works good as new.

BEST CONTACTLESS EXPERIENCE! Everything was handled over the phone or through email. We were looking for a Honda Accord for our teenage daughter, ready to buy, just needed that great deal. We found the vehicle using Cargurus, messaged the dealership who sent a response the same day. We spoke with Jarrad who provided excellent customer service. He did not have a ‘typical’ car salesman attitude. He was very helpful, did not give us the take it or leave it attitude. He understood we wanted a good price for the vehicle, was able to run our numbers with management that resulted in a quick, easy going sale. He and management were not pushy, did not give us a hard time about using my own lender. Any questions or concerns about our vehicle were addressed immediately. The dealership also agreed to deliver the vehicle since we live almost 3 hours away! I would trust in saying any concerns we have about the vehicle now or in the future would be addressed by the dealership. I called the service department and spoke to my service advisor, Jeremy, because Apple Car Play was not working on my car. After trying several different steps to get it to work, it still would not. I came into Sunset Honda, and Jeremy came right out and verified that it still was not working. He had the service department check it out. Fortunately, it needed a hard reset, and that took care of the problem. I was not charged anything, and was very grateful for the quick service. Jeremy was very courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

My Element engine started making a high pitched whine after starting up in the Home Depot parking lot on Monday night. I went online that evening and scheduled a diagnostic service for Wednesday. Their agent, Jeremy, called to tell me it was the alternator and how much a remanufactured one would cost. He called later to see if I needed the car that day. I didn’t so I didn’t mind picking it up the next day (Thursday). I was able to text him the next morning with an estimated completion time. I was pleased the the total cost was slightly under the estimate he gave me. It was a positive experience.
