I purchased a Trafton 7 piece dinning set. I was not impressed. The pictures look better than reality. My most disappointment is the quality of the dinning table and chairs. It’s not a cheap purchase, I paid $1200 nonetheless the wood looks very cheap, the finishing is very sloppy, with cracks everywhere at the bottom, see the photos attached. The chairs are not as comfortable. If I would choose again I would buy a cheaper dinning table and will have better quality (that I actually saw and regret now). After getting this dinning set I decided not purchase anything else from Wayfair. I would not recommend this dinning set at this price, it’s very very overpriced.

We ordered a dish set on Boxing Day. After the THIRD delay in February, telling us the order was now set to arrive in April, we decided to cancel. The order was not shown as a back order item when we purchased, might I add...Unfortunately for us, the order was placed on a visa gift card. When we selected to cancel, it went through and there was nothing about payment method. We hadn’t remembered at the time about the gift card... which we had long since spent and disposed of.. anyway, they were not helpful, and basically told us there was nothing we could do. So we are now out $100 for a visa gift card...UPDATE - Wayfair reached out and has been helpful to try solve the problem. Still not happy about the 3+ month delay, but customer service has been good.

Wayfair has managed to blur the line between mere incompetence and blatant criminality. I made a huge mistake by not checking their reviews before ordering my Boos stainless steel work table from them. The table never came, of course, and after trying for weeks to contact customer service, I am now having to file fraud charges with my credit card company. Had the table not been over a thousand dollars, I might have considered just dropping the whole thing and counting it as a lesson learned. I wonder how many people eventually just give up?

Do not order from wayfair if you want to actually receive furniture. We ordered a dining set for our new apartment on May 20. It was expected to arrive June 3. That date passed and we received no update from wayfair. Now it is July 4 and after weeks of back and forth, they cannot even tell us even an approximate delivery date. They have a phone number but will never pick up.I understand times are tough due to covid, but if you cant deliver an item, do not charge someone over $1000 for it and never deliver it. We have been in our apartment without a dining table for almost 7 weeks when there are furniture stores open nearby where we could have purchased and get delivery in two days.Like other reviewers, we may have to file a fraud charge with our credit card company to get our money back.

I bought a metal bed frame and headboard here, i didn’t love it when it came, but set it up and slept on it for three weeks nonetheless. I figured they probably wouldn’t take it back at this point, but I called and they said they would!!! They even had someone come and pick it up from our house, I didn’t even have to repackage it!!! I was sketchy because I didn’t receive any paperwork from the pickup, but low and behold I had my refund back in my account Monday morning! Their customer service is pretty legit, especially for large furniture items!

I received delivery from Kevin m and eric k c first of all they are a site for sore eyes carried the heavy box up stairs he refused to leave outside bought it in my house with a smile on his face if I had to rate them I’d give them a 100 just amazing

If youre making a delivery they open at 7 a.m. the lot is kind of tight parking is available while waiting to be unloaded. Entrance is on Aurora rd
