They do a great job here! Spotless car inside and out. Prices have gone up a bit, but it is worth it. Highly recommend!

This place was convenient for me as far as location and can use debit card so I decided to check them out. The service was fast, but they did not do a good job on the inside. There was still a lot of debris left in the inside like they didn’t do any wiping. The outside of the car was ok. I don’t think I’m going here again.

Nice wash with hand wash and machine options, inside and out. They offer detailing too.

I was disappointed. I paid $28 and the outside was clean but the inside of the doors and the cubbies in the doors and car were not clean.

Nothing fancy about the place but they do an excellent job for a very reasonable prices.

Bob is the owner here and he runs a pretty nice place. Lately the price has went up but the work has to match! Employees are working hard to clean our cars. Stop by and give them business.

My first time here, usually car wash places charge extra for Tree Sap removal, these folks were so kind that they didn’t let me drive off until they got all the sap off. For no extra charge. Would definitely come back here for sure.

I paid a little under $30 for a wash, vacuum and fragrance. I was dissatisfied. When they called me for my car I had to point out dirty spots on the car and still tipped got in and noticed inside was not cleaned very well. I had to go back to the vacuums because there was pine needles all around my windshield wipers. Then to top it all off they forgot Fragrance!!!#IMISSHUTCHESCARWASH

After searching for a decent hand wash, I found this spot. Never had to wait more than an hour to get the car fully done. Mike does great work! Always makes sure the car is fully detailed before saying its done, thanks for your hard work Mike!

Been going for a number of years. Never too busy, but friendly and stable staff. Today was over the top. Car wash was closed due to a mechanical problem, sign said it would reopen at noon. Decided to wait the 15 minutes. At noon, staff realized it was still going to be a while, so they hand washed my car for me. Without my even requesting it. On top of that they were willing to charge me the regular wash rate, for the inconvenience.

They don’t really wipe down the interior at all. Only vacuum floors. Have had to say something on numerous occasions.Also like 4 bird poop stains still on exterior after paying for most expensive wash. Only reason I continue to go is because they’re literally a block from my house. If you want a good, thorough job go somewhere else

Bob and the Crew do an amazing job, I live in San Jose and work up here and I actually bring both ours cars to Bob to hand wash and wax. Bobs a Stud and so is his staff. I highly recommend taking your new car there. My wife do a lot of driving and have ok new cars and only hand wash Id ever go to is San Lenandro car wash & detail. Thanks for all your help! Rich

Ive been coming to this car wash for longer than I can remember. It may seem a little pricey but compared to what you get at other car washes, I feel this place is one of the best. Heads up, the lines can get long but they move pretty quick. If you have the time, its worth the wait.

Overpriced for a place that doesnt really pay attention to details. They dont wipe down your doors or door floor board. Bottom line they dont pay attention to detail.

Owner is cool. Dont pay for the lowest tier and expect everything to be absolutely spotless. I paid $25 and they did everything they said they would well enough. Things I noticed were some dirt left in cracks on the dashboard and some minor detail cleaning, some specks of dust on the vacuumed floorboards. Also some dirt still on the inside wheel well around wheels. But I only paid $25. Im going to go back and get their primo detailing package - I presume this will involve a lot more attention to small details. For the price it was a good value. Maybe they could have hit the floors a second time and gotten in the cracks with a rag, but you get what you pay for. :) 4/5.

They kinda rip you off. And the owners a creep. He tries to pretend like he cares ABOUT your business but hes just a grease ball. I think he and his daughter are racist to be honest. I give them a 1 star because at least my car gets washed but certainly not a DETAIL. However they want top dollar what a joke.

I dont recommend this place. Staff do not do their jobs as they are supposed to do so. For instance the person who did the vacuum left many things on the seats. the person even didnt bother to take the trash from the floor of the car or the sand that was on the floor mat.I had bought the special package which was the most expensive one. After the car wash was done, I could still see dirt on the roof and back and behind all the door handles of the car.

I have used this car wash for years!!! It is family run the owner Bob is the nicest guy you would want to meet and his family and employees are awesome and this is the only car wash I will use fair prices good service and friendly competent staff!!!

The owner was hostile, extortion in money, derogatory and dismissive, and overall a really unpleasant experience. He charges Money for Nothing, expect you to pay exorbitant amounts, and treat you like a simpleton. I highly recommend seeking somebody else comma that guy would Swindle his own mother if he thought he could make a penny.

Great car wash! needs to do a little better on wiping down the inside of your car however the manager is very friendly as well as the African American brother who checks you in. I will recommend this car for service 👍

I think they use dirty rags to wash the inside of the car. It smelled like dirty cloth on the leather seats afterwards.

Friendly, family run business that will do little extras for their customers.

This place is an underappreciated gem. The price is agreeable, their work is stellar, and they act like they know the meaning of the term “customer service“. I will be going out of my way to patronize them in the future.
