Had out new ( to us $ RV stolen 3 weeks after we bought it . The catalytic converter was stolen, as well as everything in it . They were the kindest in the whole debacle . Cory & Gary were extremely instrumental in handling everything with my insurance for me. I paid them, and I suppose a check is in the mail from my insurance . They were so professional and even did little things not requested, nor was I charged for it I am bringing back for Catalytic lock next . . I am going to make sure I continue to use these wonderful people for all service needs . I highly recommend this establishment if you are tired of being horns waggled by others and are in need of a truly trustworthy mechanic .

Specialized Automotive Service is the Best!I recently had a 90,000 mile service done on my truck & it really needed it! It was riding really rough and there were noises I couldnt identify.I am so thankful for Specialized Automotive Services and their top notch service and experience! Everything from the appointment to the pick up after service was smooth as can be. I was even alerted to 2 things going on with my truck I had no idea about. I really appreciate that I was given a call about the problems with no hard sell, just information and options :)Of course I wanted the repairs (messed up wiring from a camper shell install & leaking brakes) done by Specialized Automotive Service so I could be sure it was done RIGHT!Great work, honest people, fair pricing and the piece of mind that comes with knowing that your auto shop is competent & responsive :)

Fantastic service. Gary was extremely honest and tenacious on his search to figure out our mystery problem. Very open communications and always asked before proceeding on any larger diagnostics. My older vehicle is running like new now! Polite and kind office staff helped me to pay over the phone to maintain social distancing. Easy pick up. All around smooth transaction. Very pleased with this shop and its new owners!

Sold me the wrong part then wouldnt take it back what so ever. Tried to charge me 150 for evaluation then 150 an hour labor plus parts when I simply told them I needed a new distributor.I ended up buying the distributor from them and had to install my self on the side of the road and Im from out of state.Dont go here for any reason.

They carry specialty parts are very courteous and knowledgeble. Bryan at the parts counter goes the extra mile and even personally contacted me about my parts order after hours. Diligent service and great employees.

Extremely well mannered staff very polite and helpful, professional and humble attitude towards their customers. I can say I felt more than comfortable to do business here and would definitely recommend this place. I was helped with a torn AC compressor hose and they were more than happy to thoroughly explain the process and accept the job for me. Well, my test publishing seemed to have worked, so while Ive had more than enough of google, I do want to help folks out there who want a decent experience in getting what they might need for their project.Actually, I dont know the range of whats offered at Specialized, I needed a selection of wire sizes and colors in short pieces, to replace stolen wires from the cabovers battery box. I have no wiring literature for the truck, so I needed more than the usual help in assessing what to get. Ray, at the counter, helped me look thru the relevant catalog, brought out a selection of wires, a dial caliper, and a magnifier, and also got on line to look up a chart of wire gage diameters. When neither of us could understand a spec. in the catalog, he went back to the office to ask, and a woman from there came out and got on-line till we had a sensible answer. Later, in response to a side question I had asked Ray, another guy from the back, who seemed to be leaving for the day (late on a Friday), stopped to fill in details he knew.All of this happened in a completely decent, human, and neighborly way. While I was busy educating myself from Rays catalog, other customers came in and got similar treatment while picking up solutions to their mechanical problems.And this uplift at Specialized was in deep contrast to what I had just been thru. Dont expect anything more than the bums rush from Kellys Truck Repair if you have a tricky but not big-money problem like mine, and if you have an old Volvo truck, the dealership on Coluseum Way has no place for you, except they did turn me on to Specialized, which was worth its weight in gold, or even copper wire.
