Didnt go there

This has to be the worst company. Countless illegal actions taken place. They charge you a late fee if you do not pay your bill five days before due date. If you ask for things in writing you will never receive it. I filed at least three grievances not once did I get a response nor did they provide conformation email of events that took play. Poor customer services rude and hostile. Theses kind of sketchy company should be held to the same standards as the good ones. Someone needs to look into Fred loya business practices. This company is problematic and fraudulent.

The lady is apathetic and shes unfriendly and doesnt have a good costumer service. You guys have to train to her

Allot of people dont like paying with the machine video call. In my opinion it takes too much time.
