She figured it all out, and got me an even lower rate by signing me up with auto pay through my checking account. I didn’t even know what was an option to lower my rate! I recommend coming to this cost u less insurance. Deisy put together some insurance plans for me. I went home and made a decision on which one fit best for me. I came back a week later(with none of the paperwork!) and Deisy was still able to find all the plans she had put together. She’s very organized. Really friendly. I felt very comfortable with her because she knows her stuff. I trust she gave me the best plan there is out there.

First and foremost....I hate the obtaining insurance along with obtaining everything else we need to keep us out of trouble but most importantly safe/covered because it is a headache AND A HALF!! I usually don’t even do reviews on a person and/or company but THIS TIME AROUND....I HAD TO!!I rec’d a notice of suspension from DMV due to my “not having insurance”, so I was FORCED to go through the process that I OH SOOOO DREAD....I called “cost-u-less” because it was the first one that popped up in google AND cost ME LESS....IM GAME, WHY NOT, right?!?! If you need insurance Deisy Iniguez is the person to speak to. Very professional, great customer service. My dad was giving her a hard time and she still managed to be nice to him and give us affordable insurance.

I was helped with the girl with the tattoos and she had a disgusting tone in her voice like as if she were mad then she acted as if i was demanding a cash refund or upfront refund for canceling my insurance. Poor communication and no professionalism, very glad I cancelled.

I had such an irritating day that I needed to share my experience. Upon getting to the cost u less I was greeted by Eliana at the door she was leaving home for the day. I was very frustrated because I went to a Freeway insurace location and they told me they could not take my payment the guy there said in a very rude manner that I didn’t purchase my policy there so he was not going to take my payment after 25 minutes of me waiting he told me to go to another location. I then go to floresta and they were closed I explained to Eliana that I was going to get canceled if i didn’t make my payment today she instantly said I can help you. She apologized for the others when she didn’t have to and took my payment with a great attitude. She also gave me a number for future payments and said I can come there anytime I needed service.
