I have never had a bad experience at San leandro CC. All the ladies are helpful, and polite. I started coming to this location almost a year ago. Because the store in Durant square closed the ladies at that location great also. Thanks CC

Came in to cash a check they were very rude had me there for a hour just to be racially profiled and discriminated against. Once they verify check three times to make sure it was not cash once they seen that it wasnt they still did not want to help me. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. And this happened no just one time but 3 other times in 3 other occasions when i cash my check.

Today, both Georgina and Jasmine were very helpful, courteous, kind, and professional. Thank you for being available on Sundays.

Store is a joke they are the rudest ever, one of my employees went to cash their check, and they called me for verification and they still told the employee NO. I heard the teller on the phone say, Im not going to cash it because I dont have to and then they hung up the phone on me...It was a legit Citibank Check BTW
