I couldnt be more satisfied with the excellent work they did on my car. I rear ended someone which damaged my front end and knocked the radiator off. I took it to Gus who allowed me to bring it in the very same day I called. They were all very knowledgeable and professional at the shop, and answered all my questions regarding what to expect. I felt I was leaving my car in good hands, and I was. When I got my car back it looked amazing. Better than I expected. It was clean, shiny, everything aligned and functioned properly,  and they even restored my headlights that were clouded! Really outstanding. I’m really happy I chose to go there, and not the place my insurance had sent me to originally. I definitely highly recommend Little Red’s. Best choice I couldve made.PS. The enterprise rental car is almost right across the street!

Gus and Caesar are great! Very professional and really made the process smooth for us. The dealt directly with the insurance company and got the best resolution to replace our damaged car roof. This is the 3rd job I’ve had them done in the past 10 years and they remain my top recommendation for body work in the area.

Little Reds was AWESOME! I was greeted by Caesar when I picked up the car, he was very nice and polite and took me to my car. I couldnt believe how great the car looked, they not only did the repairs they also washed it inside and out. I would have to say that they go above and beyond when they work on your vehicle. I dealt with Gus during the time my car was there and he kept me updated the whole time, he was very pleasant to deal with, nice and polite as well. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone and if I need work again I will be going back to Little Reds no question. I have to thank my insurance Allstate for suggesting them, Ive never had a better experience. Crooks and jerks. Do not go here. Red had no desire to meet me on anything, I was paying out of pocket and was nearly flat out told to hit the door. Their main goal is the maximum price tag or nothing. After I said this doesnt work for me he told me, under his breath, to go F$&! myself. Avoid!

Best Place in Town to get your Vehicle fixed in case of an accident. Very friendly staff and Gus and Cesar are the very best and very trust worthy. Always there is an excuse on the workforce

Lousy customer service. After the owner didnt answer my calls after three weeks or so found out later that he didnt want to do the car because he wasnt happy with the amount that my insurance company had offered at that time. I had a dinged up car for about a month and had to go all the way to Berkeley to get my car done. Its all right to send cards and all that good stuff but when you dont return phone calls and appointments and you got to be hunted down and always out of the office well then I have to get this kind of bad Google review.

Rating for Little Reds = 28 out of 30Gus saved my 1998 Subaru from the dust bin. In combination with other old car issues, the drivers seat belt suddenly jammed in the retracted position, rendering the car unsafe, not to mention a ticket magnet. I made a few calls, all of which concluded with an estimate around $500 to replace the seat belt mechanism, (including labor). Gus explained a few typical reasons for this type of mechanical failure, and braced me for the worst over the phone. However, after taking time to locate the correct part at a dealer on the other side of SF Bay (about an hour away), Gus was the only guy who invited me to come in to take a look before I plopped down a deposit for the no-return part. In less than half an hour, his expert technician had disassembled the housing, cut out a number of frayed portions of the belt that were caught, melted the nylon fabric to keep it from fraying more extensively, and reassembled everything. Problem fixed! Their willingness to take a little time in the middle of a busy day to look at my family station wagon saved me hundreds of dollars in parts, and all most all of the labor costs. Understanding its a temporary fix, they bought me time to decide what my next move will be.

Went in for some minor work! Replacement of my driverside sideview mirror, service was very courteous, timely, and honest!

Spent close to an hour while Caesar made notes on my car and was told Id be sent a quote via email. Its been a week and still no quote.
